3.5 I’ve been here enough times. Staff is pretty good but it seems like this must be the only full service Sprint store in the area. Meaning they have techs to look a your stuff, you can get new phones and etc. But they need more staff. Your always sitting for an hour… No joke… Unless someone knows of another full service store let me know. I could tell you don’t go at lunch time but it’s busy anyway at anytime.

Top notch service from the staff here. Really a breath of fresh air coming from Verizon! If only the network was a tad more comprehensive and faster… that’d elevate my review at least one star!

Webster, NY
This was a great store with great staff up until the last year or so. Now, they are terrible. They will lie, cheat, and steal — bait and switch you into fees and expenses you didn’t expect. I am thinking about switch providers. Regardless, I will not use this store for anything Sprint related while I am still with the carrier.
