I stopped in for a nail fill. I got in right away, which was nice. I was way over charged, when I tried to discuss the cost with the tech, she acted like she didn’t understand. Frustrated I paid & left.

I was a walk-in and they took me right away. They lady who did my nails listened to my suggestions. I had a gel manicure and a pedicure. Both were very relaxing.

Major harassment about getting gel polish here. If I want it, I’ll ask for that. Don’t ask me 5 times! Like the other reviewer, I also overheard them trying to harass another woman into doing Gel on her toes. Her TOES! I have never heard of such a thing. What a waste of money. I almost butted in and told the other customer not to do it. But fortunately she declined on her own. I also have been told they could accommodate me and then made to wait in the pedi chair for a long time(20 mins). Won’t be coming back.

Stopped here on a whim one afternoon. They were extremely busy yet every time someone came in they said they could fit them in. One lady waiting in the pedi chair was sharing the same employee as another person getting a pedi so she must have waited 10 minutes in between each phase of her pedi… she looked annoyed… and I would be too. During my pedicure the lady kept trying to sell me a shellac pedi instead of the regular pedi. She asked me three different times and even tried to explain to me why it was better like I’ve never heard of it before. I don’t mind it when someone offers me something but if I say«no thank you» once, I mean it… don’t ask me three more times! And this was certainly a trend here… every person that came into the salon was pressured to do the shellac… this one poor lady was asked 5 times! My basic spa mani/pedi was nothing special, they didn’t even file or shape my nails… and instead of it being a relaxing experience I was annoyed. I will never come back.
