Drive through order was completely wrong. Asked the girl to please re-do my sandwich. She refused and said she’s the one who did it and it’s correct. ITWASNT. When I asked for the manager she said«I’m the supervisor, Emily. There is no manager here». Asked for the owner, she said they weren’t available. She had a terrible attitude and should NOT be a supervisor. She actually needs customer service training. Other Tim Hortons Locations I have no problem with.
