In dire need of quality cleaning! First impression of room was good, but the shower had not been cleaned in months! Grime, shower scum stains, even hair and dirt still sitting in bottom of shower. I could not tell there was a shower mat at first, then picked it up and was shocked at the laziness in cleaning. I disinfected all common areas and light switches when I arrived as a precaution. Sheets were thin and bare, pillowcases smelled of cigarette smoke, the lighting was extremely dim, both ice machines were unplugged and not working, and breakfast was atrocious. Toast, biscuits & cold gravy, mushy oatmeal, cereal, and yogurt were available and being stocked by the most unkempt, dirty looking staff. Although the staff was very friendly, the appearance of a few that looked as though they just woke up and came to work in pajamas was disconcerting. The housekeepers need to clean and scrub, the hotel needs to provide quality sheets as well as a quality, edible breakfast that has more of a variety, served by clean employees. Take pride in your product!

I stayed here during a brief overnight while traveling. I had very minimal expectations — pretty much just a clean bed and shower. I wish I could say that I got that. Honestly, even at the $ 55 or so that I paid, I feel like it was a rip off. The room was dirty and the bedding was vile. There were holes in the comforter and the sheets were so threadbare that you could see through them. The shower was covered in mold and several towels were dirty.
I survived the night and there were no bed bugs that I could see but I certainly wouldn’t stay here again.
