This place is amazing. The food is wonderful, so I always come back. But the one thing that blows my mind is the customer service here.
I was running errands around town and had my dog with me in the car. I needed to get food but did not want to leave my dog in the hundred degree heat that we experience here in Rock Hill. One of the members of the staff volunteered to sit outside with my dog on the patio while I ordered my food to go. She even brought my dog a bowl of water. Never in my life have I experience that type of customer service. Rock Hill does not have a lot of dog friendly places so the fact that she was willing to go out of her way to sit outside was amazing.

Really nice experience here. The food was tasty and the staff and owner were really friendly and hospitable. We were greeted when we came in by the owner and the employee working behind the counter chatted us up and made us feel like he cared. The restaurant was clean and the food was fresh. The heater wasn’t working at the time but the owner proactively apologized and mentioned it was in the process of being fixed. It came on shortly after and was perfect. We would definitely recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for a great sandwich.
