Sound On Wheels

Went there to get a trailer hitch installed on my Ford focus. About 2 hrs into the installation wait I asked what was taking so long, and one of the employees replied that they were finishing up the wiring. I said okay, and went back to wait another half hour. A few weeks after it was installed I went to go use the hitch and the extender I purchased thru them did not fit. The holes didn’t line up and they said to bring it back to get another hole redrilled in the right spot. I live an hour away and that was very inconvenient for me.
So I try to use the hitch AGAIN, and there is no wiring kit installed. Very upset, I went to the business and explained my concerns. The guy said that it wasn’t paid for so they couldn’t do anything for it. They should have offered it if it didn’t come with it. That’s their job. Plus, the reason for the long wait in the beginning for getting it installed was because of the «wiring» that they supposedly did. There ended up being no wiring, and a wrong hitch extension. Also a long wait to get it done when it should have only taken a half hr.
I will never refer this company or come back here again.
