Dunkin’ Donuts

Years ago, my mechanic alerted me to the «goodness» of Dunkin Donuts coffee. He always had a weeks wait for an appointment, but he would squeeze you in if you brought him a cup of coffee and a donut.
This outlet of the now ubiquitous franchise is run by friendly folks who work hard to make customers happy. The donuts are good too but the coffee does it best for me. Decaf or regular, it’s always been fresh and hot.
Parking is available and you can use the back street to loop around so you can drive west off Franklin Rd. The Sunoco across the street is well run too, in case you need to fill up.
While I enjoy the occasional donut, their bagels are simply awful. Not this place’s fault, it’s just that they are corporate made and lack everything a good bagel needs. Skip them and drive east on 46 to Mt. Lakes Bagels. Also, you can drive west to Bagelicious … Also very good.
Haven’t tried the other food options — you make the call.

Dandi, Jamie, Jenn are so nice! l go to this dunkin everyday before work for me and my co workers at Quantum and Everytime I go there, they already know what I want and are very nice and helpful

So good. Delicious coffee and friendly employees! I’m usually through the drive through quickly and the managers are nice. Clean and well lit.

The WORST. They were training a new register employee at 10:45am on a Saturday so the lines were out the door. It took the newbie 15 minutes to understand and then compute my 6-​item order and then each and every item (including the BLACK coffee I ordered) was wrong. When I confirmed whether all my bagel was in my bag (you can understand why I had my doubts) the shockingly rude woman yelled that she already made it and I should look for myself. Needless to say we will go out of our way to avoid this incredibly unprofessional DD.

I ordered 2 Glazed Donuts & Milk for $ 3.87
The Donuts were delicious.
The Milk was a good compliment to the Donuts.
A sweet Meal from this Drive Thru.

Not sure what the story is. The coffee always has a bitter taste which is kinda disappointing. I go here very often and this is due to the convenience factor. If there was another DD nearby with a drive-​thru I would skip this one. Hopefully they can get their act together.

Bleh… this DD is definitely below average. It seems like everyone’s new and there isn’t a manager on site to direct them. Cashiers/​servers aren’t friendly and are slow. When I’m in a rush in the morning, they’re not. What ever happened to customer service?
I’m not a morning person by any means, but when I walk out of this DD (or exit the lot after using the drive thru), it makes my mornings even worse.

Very friendly animated staff. Who wants a robot serving you coffee in the morning? No one. i liked that the kids working there seemed to actually enjoy themselves … I give credit to their manager. A good natured manager makes for good work environment, oh yeh! and my coffee was perfect!
