Awful! Called to check availability of a particular prescription frame and spoke to an older woman. She seemed very disinterested in helping and advised me that they don’t know the style names of eyeglass frames and hurried me off the phone. Customer service was terrible. Hopefully they don’t provide the same service in the store.

Okay, so I really like LensCrafters. I went to the Willowbrook location a few times but I live closer to Rockaway now. The staff is friendly and up front about the fees/​services. I go for contact lenses and I’ve paid up the wazoo at other places for less thorough examinations. The doctor here was really nice and I am very happy with my prescription. They don’t try to up-​sell or cross-​sell their other services; they give you prescriptions without you even asking for them.

I’ve been to this LensCrafters the past two years for my annual checkup and contact lens fitting, and I felt like they needed a review here because they are simply fantastic! The staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain everything to you. Whether it’s about your vision, insurance coverage or billing. They make sure you understand fully. And they value your time by running very close to appt times. Highly recommended!

I got my glasses here (4÷9÷15) and it was a great experience. The doctors here are very friendly and don’t rush you through. They take the time to get to know you and explain everything. They took the time to get to know me and what my concerns were. The staff in optics also took the time to help me and didn’t pressure me to get anything more than I needed. They were also very patient in helping me try on almost every pair in my size. Best experience I’ve had.

I found the staffs at both the optometrists office and LensCrafters very pleasent and easy to work with. While my appointment did start almost 40 minutes late, it did give me time to look over new frames. The doctor was also very pleasant and happy to answer any questions I had and gave an explenation of each test and what the results indicated. In all, a definite thumbs up.
