I stopped by today towards closing time, and have mercy! The service was fantastic. Alex in particular was very helpful! I’m so excited to try the shampoo bar i got, honey i washed my hair. Funny names and great products! Love this place!

I really love Lush products, but this store gives me anxiety. The employees will come up to you and badger you about wanting to try things, as well as making conversation about what their favorite products are. I know they’re conditioned to do this, but they have to stop. Don’t rub things on my hands and stop following me around. I will resort to buying things online if it means being able to avoid these vultures.

This is the worst lush I been through they don’t know about the product they refuse to give you example and there customer service is horrible I don’t like it at all the lush store in short hills mall I highly recommend it but to be honest the lush store in Rockaway need to put people with customer service and know about the product

Recently became a fan of Lush. Since their locations are limited (not like you can find one in just any olé mall) I gotta take what I can get. My bf happens to live close to this location.
This store is way too small. Small enough that there can not be more than 3 people shopping at once or you’ll be waiting for the person in front of you to finish looking at something before you can move onward. Not to mention that there are 2 or 3 staff members on the floor too. However, the staff is friendly and the products are great.
