I work in the area and this place is very convenient me to go to grab my late morning coffee. Regardless of how bad the coffee is, the employee turnover in here is wild. Every week there is a new set of employees, yes they are training, and I understand they make mistakes, but this location is busy all the time. It shouldn’t take 15 minutes to get a tall coffee. Efficiency is tough to accomplish here with such a high amount of pedestrian traffic.

Yes all Starbucks are very similar but every-​time I come to this location the customer service is stellar and of course the coffee is great! Today Peter was my barista and cashier and was friendly and patient with my indecisive son. Thanks Peter!

I come to this starbucks a lot. I know many people who come to this starbucks a lot. This is really the only starbucks I go to. Lately though, the quality of drinks and service have really gone down. It could possibly be all the new faces that are working there now, (and I’m the first person to forgive newbie mistakes because we’ve all been there), but between the horrible order mistakes to just bad tasting drinks (guy added water to my drink to fill up the cup! Wth?)…it’s making me rethink frequenting this establishment so much. Hopefully things get better. =/

Baristas are super friendly, and one or two baristas actually have my drink memorized! I read somewhere that Starbucks, itself, has a employee guide that is hailed across the industry. This location certainly got the memo.

Just like someone else said here — It’s a Starbucks, guys. How in-​depth or surprising can a review get?
I’m a die-​hard Starbucker and an avid opponent of dunkin donuts, so for me, this is just another way of praising the company that consistently keeps my mornings happy.
With respect to this location — It’s clean, the customer service is pretty friendly, and there’s a good deal of seating. I keep my drinks very simple (Blond Roast), so I can’t speak on behalf of the people those can’t live without their 2 pumps, 3 sugars, whipped whatever whatevers.

Great fast service, and the staff is very friendly. The place was a little difficult to find, not your average Starbucks location, it is surrounded by a couple other businesses on both sides, might miss it. Enjoy the great coffee!

It’s a Starbucks, need I say more? Wait I take that back, not all Starbucks are created equal, unfortunately.
But this one is awesome!
The baristas are super friendly and efficient. The location is conveniently situated near a mall.
Spacious, clean, and plenty of seating available.
I’d die without Starbucks, really.
