Made an appointment for a brow wax on Saturday morning at 9am. The experience was great. It was very early so there seemed to be only one other client other than myself. My appointment was with Tessa and it went great. She worked efficiently on my brows while being attentive and friendly. I felt comfortable throughout my entire session. My brows looked amazing by the time she was done with them. Will definitely come back.

They do a great job with eyebrows! I always feel better leaving than I do going in with my Groucho eyes lol $ 20 for wax and shape. Perfect.

My brows have been too far in for years and ive always wanted to grow them in, but been afraid of them looking sparse. ive never had a defined shape, ive just gotten them «cleaned up.» After coming in for a consultation with Liz, she waxed and reshaped my brows and they have NEVER looked better. She taught me how to make them look fuller until they grow in too. The second time I came back, Kate did them and they looked just as good. I’ll be returning again and again to these wonderful ladies!

I stopped in a few weeks ago, and Katie accommodated me for a walk-​in brow shaping. I usually get my brows shaped when I’m in boutiques in big cities, as after going to brow boutiques, it’s hard to just go to your hair salon or do it yourself because the results just aren’t the same. I was pleasantly surprised this was in Rockford. They expertly measure, tweeze, trim, and fill in your brows, and conceal your redness afterwards. I was very happy with how my brows looked, and I’d consider going back for a lash or brow tint, too. While I didn’t buy any, they carry some cosmetics lines you don’t find in this area. Prices are comparable to what you’d find at a BeneFit brow boutique.

This review is mainly coming from what my wife has told me, I have only stopped in to pick up gift cards now and then. I did see some mens shaving supplies– balms, badger brushes and what not. The makeup and skin care here is the best in town. If they don’t have what you want, just ask and they will bring to in from their Chicago location. The service is alway top notch and friendly.
