My experience with Fuzion Studios has been somewhat of a roller coaster.
I had my hair done by Erika Sharpe, she did an AMAZING job. I have very thick curly blonde hair, I can’t use blow dryers or cut my hair short, she knew exactly what to do with it to make it look good.
While browsing Groupon one day I saw one for not only Fusion Studios, but specifically Erika. No where in the fine print does it say «new customers only.» Well I purchased it and attempted to make an appointment.
I called Erika 3 times leaving voice mails and never once got a return call. Finally I got through to her, but low and behold she doesn’t have her schedule in front of her so she tells me to call the salon. I get a hold of the salon to make an appointment and inform them of the Groupon, but as soon as the lady hears I’m NOT a new customer she says I need to talk to Erika to discuss, that Erika will be back in on Monday 5÷18÷15 and she’ll call me.
Monday comes and I get a call from her but I miss it, so I promptly call back and get a hold of the owner herself. I explain that I’m returning the call and the groupon fiasco. She tells me Erika is with a client and then explains to me why the groupon is an issue. I tell her I totally understand, not a problem as long as I can use the amount paid for the Groupon towards services and I’ll pay the difference. She says no problem, but Erika would like to discuss this with me (why, I have no idea since the matter was resolved), that Erika will call me back as soon as she’s done with this client.
It’s been two days, no call back… I HAVE ATTEMPTED SIX TIMES to make an appointment. STILL NO APPOINTMENT.
Customer service is absolutely horrible. I’d much rather be on the phone with Comcast internet/​cable customer service for 2 hours than go through this again.

Brooke is amazing with cut and color. She’s very skilled and knows what she is doing! It’s hard to find someone you trust with your hair & who listens but she does both!!!

Came the first time with a groupon. It is kind of hard to find because it is located behind Enterprise. I had a great appointment. I found the staff to be very knowledgable on all hair types and current and classic styles. The prices are in the mid range, not one of the cheap spots but not a high end spa. All the quality without the extra price tag for a fancy location. Will be back next time I need a cut!

Hands down my favorite salon I have ever been to. My stylist is Erika and she has exceptional prices. I always get compliments on my hair. HIGHLY Recommend this salon and in particular Erika! She has Groupon deals a lot too! Check her out!

I got a pixie cut from Corrie. I felt really comfortable, haircut was perfect, and the price was awesome. Even the receptionist who scheduled my appointment was very nice.

Just came home with a fabulous perm/​cut from Fuzion. As someone who’s been going to the same stylist for 8 years, I have to admit I was nervous trying out someone new. I moved to Rockford relatively recently, so I had to do some looking to find a salon that I would trust to style my hair and do it for a reasonable price. My hair looks *exactly* like I want to, and I had a great conversation with my stylist, Dustin (a necessity when you’re in that chair for 3 hours of wrapping, chemicals, rinsing, cutting…). I got it permed, washed, cut, styled, and blow-​dried for $ 90. I will be back!

Awesome Paul Mitchell color for cheap! They also do spray tanning, massages, and facials! nice!
