I purchased a game here recently. When I got it home, it would not work. I took it back to the store the following week, which I remembered had another copy. However, it showed greater signs of wear and was actually marked at a lower price. When I asked about not receiving any money back, he said it came from another store, and it would have been the same price anyways. The only problem with that statement… is that I specifically remembered that copy was in that store when I purchased my defective copy. I was the one, when I called back, who asked one of the individuals to place the other copy behind the counter so I could exchange for it when I was back in town the following weekend. It did not come from another store, and it was priced differently(which it still had the label I had seen the previous week when I exchanged my nonworking copy). So, in short, someone lied to my face over a minimal amount. I won’t be back to this store.

I was not happy with service on a repair. Dropped off an Ipad, it took weeks to fix and when we got it back it had a dent in the case. They did not call when it was completed and at one point could not even tell me where it was. I complained to the guy at the counter about the dent and he acted like he didn’t care. I will look for somewhere else to get my electronics repaired and can’t in good conscience recommend them to others.

I love this place. The owner is one of the nicest guys around and knows what he’s talking about. I would go to this locally owned business before I go to one of the those mean chain game stores… uck.
