Not so enamored of the recent changes. Prices are higher. More staff hanging around, asking if you need help(several times while you are trying to look.) Another new development is lots of closed or outsourced restaurant equipment like furniture and dishes and they also seem overpriced for as beaten up as they are. There are still occasional really good finds, but not as many as there used to be. Good place to find construction or building materials really inexpensively. They have tile, wood frames, marble sink tops, removed interior or exterior lights, windows, doors, sliding doors, etc. They usually also have a few appliances — microwaves, dryers, washing machines, less often a refrigerator, stove or dishwasher. But, if you are on a tight budget, especially if you are handy and have tools at home, there are all sorts of useful things. Best part — all proceeds benefit Habitat for Humanity. You can’t go wrong there.
