First, I have been going to this store for about 10 – 12 years.
With that said, what I see is a dirty, run down hardware store with cheap made in china merchandise. It is always busy, and very hard to find any store associate to help with anything. Always hated the «lowest price with a rebate» program too. Their rebates are not real rebates but basically in store credits you wait months for in the mail.
FYI, do not ever return any merchandise here without a receipt– even same day purchases because they go back 90 days and give you the lowest possible amount back. I recommend to avoid this location. I avoid all menards and use as a last resort only. 1 star really is too much IMO.
