Baci’s Pizza & Subs

I working in Rockledge and looking for a good pie. I Read a couple of reviews on Baci and went. What a mistake.
Pizza was soagy not from the sauce or the cheese as the other person wrote, just bad crust.
I ordered two pizzas and got a bottle of wine from their own liquor store. As I waited I open the wine and was charged a $ 10 corking fee. I’m all right with a corking fee. (not really they sold me the wine)
As I waited the girl came by with several baskets of garlic rolls. I asked her if I could try one, a roll.
She told me she no she would have to charge me. I thought she was kidding my total bill for the two pizzas a bottle wine and the corking fee was $ 60. she said if I ordered a salad I would get a rolls with my salad.
So if you order a $ 6.95 salad you’ll get the rolls for free.
Won’t go back and will tell my friends not to go as well. They need the dough too much. (pardon the pun)

Really don’t understand any of the poor reviews. Been here a number of times and throughly enjoyed the food each time. When I bring a friend that’s never been there they always rave about it and go back again By far the best pizza on the area

What a great neighborhood bar/​liquor store/​take-​out concept! I love this place because 1) the atmosphere is fun, casual, and non-​pretenious, and 2) they serve GOOD quality, FRESH homemade food (almost everything is made in-​house) and 3) the owner, Gacque, is awesome and always makes you feel at home. I literally dream about the Stromboli and have to get it every time I go there, along with the pizza (even though they are always introducing new menu items). I live in Michigan, but come down to Florida every winter and I always make time for a few Baci stops!

Getting the fourth star because of the Baci balls which are a must have. Pizza was way too cheesy causing the crust to be a little soggy and sauce is a bit bitter but will definitely be back! Service was good and everything came out quickly.

Really fantastic pizza! Crispy crust, good sauce, excellent toppings. There’s just no reason to eat inferior pizza from a chain when you can stop by a local joint and get good stuff like this. We love the white pizza too, lots of garlic!

This is a neighborhood sports bar with pizza being their speciality with other grill food served. Adjacent is a liquor store which appears to be under the same ownership. The crown is friendly and the food is very good. Recommended!

One star, and that’s generous and it is really meant for their bartender, Dani. She is very nice and knows how to be around people, excellent service on her end. As for the food, it is extremely over priced and not well prepared. Ordered Baci Balls hoping for a new little treat. Wrong, extremely thick and greasy. That on top of the fact that our server, Elizabeth, was very rude. She didn’t even notice us sitting at our table! Which doesn’t make much sense seeing as though is not a grandly sized place. She was very short, and not very attentive. Terrible service. Also, not very family oriented. Do not recommend this place to anyone, really. Unless you enjoy average food at high prices and terrible service regarding food. It’s a shame to see a place with so much potential be ruined by unprofessional people.

Had to write this review right now as I’m sitting at the actual restaurant after we got the bill…
If I could sum it up in one word — unprofessional. I had a bad experience here once before and decided to give it another try, and they didn’t redeem themselves but rather, made things worse.
— Horrible service — our server took 10 minutes to notice us after we sat down and it wasn’t even that busy
— Inflated prices — really?! $ 1 per side of ranch? An unnecessary $ 2 on top of our bill just for 2 we didn’t even use
— Careless food preparation — we ordered buffalo chicken pizza and it was served without any buffalo sauce
Food is pretty good, but very greasy and cause for heart burn. If you get anything fried, be prepared for it to come with a heavy, thick batter shell.
So much potential, just not executed properly

We try here sporadically and now it makes more sense. While the two salads we had were ok, they are a bit small portion size and overpriced. In addition, there was no cheapo utensils for take out meals, the small containers for dressing do not fit and leaked everywhere in the bag.
I really cannot recommend this establishment.

Tried their pizza today and was pleasantly surprised! Loved the crispy crust and flavor was great too! Trident give it 5 stars because it was a tad bit greasy on top from the cheese I guess. Would definitely try again!

Service was below average. Had to continuously ask for beverages, plates and napkins. Pizza was under cooked and soggy. Chicken wings were too big, greasy and the hot sauce was horrible. Would not go back or recommend this place.

We tried their pizza… way too salty and greasy. Definitely not impressed. It was so greasy the crust was soggy. Yuk…

Just had a delicious Reuben Sandwhich and a Greek salad… delicious! Rosa & Jackie are the sweetest in the business… great food and amazing service. You don’t want to miss a delicious meal here!

I just ate the best egg salad sandwich ever! Be it a salad, sandwich, or pizza, the food at Baci’s never disappoints.

Hands down, the best pizza outside new york ive ever had. Everything else on the menu is just as good, worth every penny. They also deliver beer with the pizza, so thats icing on the cake.

Yum, pizza was just great! Service was good and the side salad was great with garlic knots. We really enjoyed this little place.
We have had the sandwiches in the past as take out and really liked them too!

Baci’s is by far the best Italian restaurant in town. The serving staff is amazing, and the head chef knows his way around the kitchen!
Also, if your looking for a nice quite place to grab a bite and a drink on a first or 2^nd date, this is the place to go!

Baci has good pizza, the crust is really tasty & when I’m craving some not so great for me food, I can always rely on Baci. Their subs are really good too and I really enjoy the caprese. I always get my food to go, so I’m not too informed on the staff but everyone has always seemed super nice!

Being from New York it is hard to find a good pizza place in Florida. It is really hit and miss. Baci’s is definitely a hit. I ordered a sausage & peppers to go and had a slice of pepperoni while I waited. The slice was very good. The sausage & peppers was very good in that they use a folded pizza dough instead of regular bread.
Anyway, there was a woman there (the owner maybe?) who was very polite and nice. All I can say is that if I had 3 wishes one of them would be to marry this woman.
All in all a very good place and tops on the list now for when I want some pizza.

This small, unassuming restaurant/​bar has the best pizza I have found in the area. The pizza has excellent crust, fresh ingredients, and is expertly prepared. Highly recommended.
