Only a 2 because it’s a firehouse subs, which is an amazing sandwich franchise. This location is not a prime example. The staff at the counter is usually Over friendly, however this group was pretty much just doing their job and nothing more. I got my usual New Yorker which is Amazing, usually. All they got right was the ingredients, they left out the hot, steamy goodness. My sandwich did not come to me hot, it was barely Luke warm, and there was not the right amount of the different toppings that usually give that sandwich a mouth watering, delicious bite. Sorry for the negative review, but I usually idolize firehouse subs and was highly dissapointed to waste my money and calories: p

Tasty tasty tasty! The customer service was great, the man working was super helpful, friendly, and energetic. The sandwich was very good, hitting the spot just right! At first I was worried since they only sell warm sandwiches but I was not disappointed. Plus, the décor was cute! If you’re hungry, stop in! Don’t even have to leave your diet at the door!

This place had it all, great customer service, tasty hot subs and good combo prices. Kyle at the register gave an excellent recommendation of the firehouse meatball and my fiancé got the chicken bacon ranch. The price was comparable to subway but tasted way better. They also have one of those cool coca cola machines with tons of different drinks. Definitely check this place out. Another plus is it wasn’t terribly busy! So service was super fast and the place was clean

If you must get a sub here, make it a hot one, like the meatball, which is actually pretty good. We made the mistake of ordering subs with lettuce and tomato, the bread was soooooo soggy! It’s not like subway where you can see them actually making your sub. We figured she must have heated it up with the lettuce tomato and mayo on it. Soggy bread is the WORST. And then the hair in my sub was the cherry on top. Never again.

What a disappointment! My brother, sister-in-law and myself figured we would try instead of McDonalds for a quick bite to eat while traveling. The service was not very good. The food for the price was not very good. I had the smokehouse brisket and cheddar on whole wheat. Should have gone to McDonalds!’
