If you are enticed by the TV ads, just know what you get will be a mess of sloppily built and smushed together ingredients. It IS, after all, fast food. And there is nothing Mexican about it. But if you are just hungry and need something quick, then you should do alright.

Got our order wrong twice and took over 40 minutes to get our food.

Terrible food quality. I went through the drive through and got a smothered burrito, fiery Dorito taco supreme and a side of rice and beans. The beans were obviously leftover from an old and overlooked batch of beans. The rice was dried out and old, too. The taco was soggy, barely anything in it and definitely no sour cream. The smothered burrito was dry and cold. The cheese looked like it had never melted to begin with.
Taco Bell is never a top tier dining experience, but usually you can count on some tasty junk food. I couldn’t even eat the food I got.
Go to another location or go to Tijuana Flats around the corner.

Went through the drive thru and placed our order. They order was missing an item, so we had to go inside. Once inside the employees were pointing fingers at each other and trying to pass the blame.
After we got the order resolved, we heard a female yelling at someone. Thought it was a mad customer but instead, it was a disgruntled employee. She was complaining about her schedule. She was swearing and obviously didn’t care if everyone heard. Very unprofessional and if she were my employee, would have been fired on the spot.

A Typical Taco Bell, but this location has never given me a problem nor has it ever gotten my order wrong, watch the crub in the drive thru.
