Don’t know who’s cooking the ribs this time
But they weren’t cooked. Rubbery and not cooked all the way through threw away 4 half eaten St. Louis ribs I just bought for lunch today. Over $ 10.00 for my meal

After passing this food truck for four years, I finally stopped. Yes, the food was very very good; maybe even excellent. But $ 25 for ribs on the side of the road in styrofoam is so not above me, but the price is a bit much for that. Don’t misunderstand, I love hole in the wall places. I’m just a little stumped by the price for the location. Good food, worth it, but you have to drive somewhere else to eat it. I don’t like cold or gummy food. Not knocking the food; knocking the price for the scenario. In all honesty, watching so many good restaurants try to make it while paying rent and other overhead, I wish they’d drop the prices a bit. Just saying. Good food though. No doubt.

I have to say this was some of the best BBQ I’ve had in a long time. JR took the baby backs off the grill and wrapped up so I could keep them warm till the family got home. They were moist and falling off the bones. I have to agree that Larry needs to smile a little more for customer service but we aren’t out there eight hours in the hot food truck. Thanks for a great dinner guys. See you soon!

Love this place! JR knows how to make up some mean St. Louis BBQ! Yummy collards, tasty potato salad, baked beans & Mac & Cheese. What more could you want… a must do when in Rockledge!
