Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Worker guys were nice and speedy with our 3 smoothie order. The rest rooms were clean. The dining area was nice and clean. The workers greeted us. They took the orders and went to make the orders. Pleasant interaction. Smoothies are delicious! One Peanut Butter Cup, one Get and Goji and one Acai Berry Boost. The smoothies were blended correctly and oh so good.

I’ve noticed that some of the smoothies are flavorless, like Peach or Raspberry for example. It takes away the appeal of trying different items.
Also, the quality of the food is not consistent. Sometimes, it’s wonderfully tasty and other times, quite bland. Please be more generous with your sauces/​slaw.

To the girl working tonight, congratulations, never have I ever felt like such an inconvenience to anyone.
Yes, I was that customer that stopped in at 8:35. Look, I get it, it’s annoying to get those last minute customers when you’re trying to close, but one might have thought I had cockroaches crawling all over me by the look of disgust beamed my way as I walked up to the counter.
So I have a suggestion for you as a food service veteran, learn how to put on a smile, be nice, and then talk as much crap as your little heart desires after I leave the restaurant.
In recompense for my late arrival, I did leave you a $ 5 tip. You didn’t deserve it, but your patient counterpart who took my order and made my food without scowling at me did. He deserves five stars, but factoring in the poor attitude and the discomfort it caused me – the best I can do is 2.

Smoothies are always refreshing and on point. Staff is friendly half the time and not very smiley the other half when I go in there. The flat bread sandwiches are ALL amazing

The staff was friendly and inviting. We were extremely satisfied with our meal. We tried the new menu items (fish tacos) and they were extremely fresh and just the right amount of spice! Smoothies were fresh and the perfect consistency. Overall we were very impressed and will be returning!

I’ve never had a problem with customer service here. The smoothies are great! I prefer the indulgent Chocolate Chiller, my husband usually does the Health Nut, but is really enjoying the new Avocolada smoothie (don’t let the color turn you off!). I love that the sandwiches and flat breads are always fresh tasting. These clearly haven’t been sitting for a while waiting to be ordered. Yes, it’s a little pricey for «fast food» but it doesn’t taste like fast food. If you want cheap garbage, go across the street and order from the dollar menu.

Customer service is amazing and everybody is very nice. Love Love Love the smoothie (Beach Bum W/​dark chocolate) and half sandwich (Turkey Bacon & Ranch) is by far, one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a while. It’s light and has the right amount of seasoning. It’s also reasonably priced. $ 7.84 for all.

The staff are very friendly and inviting. The smoothies are some of the best I’ve ever had and the sandwiches and wraps are delicious and great for a snack. My wife and I stop here after workouts. Its healthy and light. The food and smoothies aren’t cheap but you get what you pay for!

The lady who took my order was BEYOND rude. I think her name is Jennifer… She screams at you if she can’t hear you, not very helpful with information about the things they offer and every time I’ve been never really seen her smile. I would definitely go there more for lunch if the service I received was better. Food is good !

The buffalo chicken wrap is nice but could use a little more heat and I can never go past the pineapple and orange smoothie

Best meal I’ve had on vacation yet.
Turkey guacamole wrap was served warm and lightly toasted. Delicious carved turkey breast, fresh veggies, and served with a banana.
The BF said the chicken salad sandwich was the best he’s ever had. Soft, toasted ciabatta bread with fresh chicken, grapes, and served with tomatoes and lettuce. The place is very clean.

Best sandwich wraps!!! And they are warm.

This place is nice and bright and conveniently located in a strip mall with ample parking and easy access to lots of places. The WI-​FI is good, but no plugs so it’s good for a short lunch break but not a good working place. I may be back since it’s good until the battery dies.
The prices are rather high, even for a smoothie place and there are sandwiches and wraps and they said coffee too (but not like a real café).
