It’s exactly like Viera Pizza. We like Viera pizza but if we wanted pizza like that we would have ordered from them. Puzino’s was better.

Wonderful pizza! Sauce is the best! Crust was perfectly thin and crispy! Very accommodating while ordering. We usually like to dine in when eating pizza but we had these delivered and they tasted like they just came out of the oven less than a minute before, shows that it was cooked with care and attention to detail!

I placed my order at 6 pm on a Sunday evening, after having received a menu in my mailbox earlier this week. I decided to give them a try, because we typically always order pizza from the same place over in the Avenues. I opted for takeout, because I assumed that would be quicker. They told me it would be 30 – 45 minutes before my order was ready. I was optimistic, but thought that sounded like a really long time to get 2 small pizzas prepared. I arrived at 6:40 pm, so more towards the 45 minute end of things. The cashier apologized after I paid that my order wasn’t ready and said he would check on it. I sat down in one of the open booths, which was dirty from the last person who had dined there. I waited. And waited. And waited. I watched several people also waiting, and one by one, their orders were handed to them. I watched a couple of people come in and place orders, and they were told their orders would be ready in about 25 minutes. Hmmmm. Another older couple came in at 6:55(yep, I was still waiting) to pick up their carryout order. When they were told their pizza hadn’t even gone into the oven yet, they got a little perturbed. The cashier offered them a drink and some gratis garlic knots. Me sitting there with two small children — offered NOTHING. I finally got up to check on the status of my pizzas that I had already paid for, only to find out that they were, in fact, ready, for who knows how long. It was evident when I arrived home five minutes later to have the pizzas that they had been ready long enough to now be cold. After I spent another ten minutes reheating this pizza in my oven at home,(please add the preheat cycle that it takes to warm the oven first — so fast-forward yourselves another 25 minutes), the pizza tastes ok, which is why this review has 2 stars instead of 1. I was given the excuse that they got«slammed» tonight. They had three people working in the establishment that I could see. One was making pizzas, one was taking orders and working the register, and the other was going back and forth between those two activities. Their dining room certainly was not busy(there was one family just finishing up when I arrived there). 2 people were waiting on pizzas when I arrived. 2 people came in to order pizzas while I was sitting there. The phone rang probably 6 times in the 30 minutes I was there, which doesn’t seem unreasonable at all. On a Sunday night, in the fall, during football season(I could care less what sport is on TV, but this area is flooded with football fanatics), the owners may want to consider appropriate staffing levels for this establishment at prime times. It seems like they may have decent food, but if you piss off your customers on their first visit because your staff can’t get their act together, you’re going to be hard pressed to grow your customer base. This is what we get for trying something new.

We decided to order pizza from Vincinos on 10⁄15 for my birthday. When we went to pick the pizza up we decided after arriving to eat there instead of taking the pizza home. The booths were very comfortable and easily fit my family(wife, 3 kids, and myself). The owner was very accommodating taking the pizza out of the box and serving it to us at our table. We ordered an extra large pizza — half extra cheese and the other half pepperoni. For dessert we got the cinnamon knots. Pizza was PHENOMENAL. To my surprise the extra large pizza was 24INCHES!!! We had enough to for the whole family and a couple of extra slices to eat the next day for lunch which was an added bonus. The extra cheese half of the pizza had plenty of cheese on it and the pepperoni half was not lacking at all in the topping. The pizza was cooked perfectly and the extra large 24″ pie yielded 8 giant slices. The cinnamon knots were decadent and the perfect ending for a great meal. The pizza was so delicious and reminded me a lot of my younger days growing up on Long Island eating pizza. It was like I was back in NY. The service was FANTASTIC! Before serving the pie, one of the employees offered to cut the pie into smaller slices to make it more manageable for the kids. The new owner came by our table to check on us and we enjoyed a great conversation. He even interacted with my kids and involved them in the conversation. Great quality pizza on freshly hand tossed and stretched dough. Really enjoyed it there and will be going back on a regular basis.
