Edible Arrangements

I ordered a birthday fruit arrangement, some dozens of chocolate dipped fruits, balloons and teddy Bears for my sons 8^th birthday, sent to his school. Fresh Fruit is such a wonderful alternative compared to icing heavy, sugary cake. My sons class were delighted. All the fruit was chocolate dipped and so yummy! They had chocolate dipped bananas, pineapples, strawberries, apples, grapes, cantaloupe, kale… My sons teacher informs me, that the lovely fruit, balloons and teddy Bears were a big hit! Ordering was so easy and effortless. I ordered online from a Edible Arrangments local to my sons school in Auburn. I have ordered from this particular store In the past and have always had a very pleasant experience. Customer service here is excellent. The staff I have dealt with have always been very helpful and very eager to leave a great impression. Thank you Julianna and Luther! You guys are awesome and I will certainly order from your store and recommend Edible Arrangements to my family & friends.

I have purchased from them for a few years now and was never disappointed. The fruit was very fresh and tasty. They have always been professional, curtious, and good quality.

This place is apparently under new ownership.
I explained my situation to him that I wasn’t able to pick up a previous bouquet and that the girl told me to call back anytime to re-​order and my information would be saved.
So I call back many months later, the gentleman on the phone said that I was in the computer and he saw my purchase but didn’t agree with the fact that it was «my fault» the arrangement wasn’t picked up and yadda yadda.
He said he would honor a 10% discount on anything I bought today… great. SO I spend $ 50+ on something, am previously told it’s not a problem to be taken care of and he wants me to buy something?
Because we can all throw around $ 50 these days…
I will never buy anything from this company again and will tell others to do the same.
