Always excellent quality takeout, but we dined in last night, and found the service to be just as exceptional. We were happy with the generous shrimp content in dishes, where most places skimp on such details. Thank you for a great experience!

Unfortunately, sadly, will never return! ! Gave Chang Bros 3x to get it right. Tonight was the worse! Specifically ordered hot n sour soup for my hubby with pneumonia. Wasn’t even edible! ! Our spring rolls were filled with avocados. .which my son is allergic to! Chow meim completely over cooked. Everything’s in The garbage! Sorry, Changs! This was your 3rd chance! Last 2x BBQ rice was under cooked, am I never complained. Enough is enough! NEVERGOINGBACK!!! I suggest u do the same!!! Save yourself the headache .

Ate here a few times. Food is okay. Mostly bland. They say they are authentic chinese food but Panda Express tastes more authentic than they do. Price of food is okay.

WHATTHE!!! This is worst Chinese food I’ve ever had! And I «second» that reviewer who said«Just No» Lol! I cannot understand why our take out chow mein and the beef along w/all its veggies and the Kung pao chicken all smelled like a boxed up petting zoo… if My husband gets the runs, I’m going to be pissed. Our food situation was just so ridiculous that all I can do is laugh at it. Everything literally went straight in the trash. Never ever again! EEK! MEKNOWSNOT!

Best Chinese food! Customer service is usually very slow and they don’t come back to check on you once the food hits the table. The food itself makes up for it and now we just take it to go.

Our favorite Chinese restaurant in the area. We keep forgetting to bring our coupons but that doesn’t stop us from getting our fix of Chinese food. The waitress is super friendly and we chat with her in Mandarin and Cantonese(and English!). Their food is great, portion size is huge(we usually have leftovers for a few more meals) and prices are reasonable. We have noticed that you get MORE food(it seems?) when you dine in, versus get food delivered or takeout. We inquired about that and the waitress said that the containers can only pack a certain amount. So if you dine in, you’ll usually get a little more. My husband’s favorite is usually the Yang Chow fried rice. I love their House Chow Fun and we both love their Walnut Shrimp. The restaurant is clean and the seats are comfy. Most people seem to get take-out orders so the restaurant itself is usually pretty empty, which we love.

Best Chinese restaurant in Rocklin, CA. We love all the dishes from Chef and owner Mr Cho. All staffs are friendly. The restaurant is also very clean and food are outstanding. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommend especially if you are on the way to Lake Tahoe or Reno.

I’ve noticed something about myself. I only write reviews when I’m miserable and unhappy. When I’m doing good or «just okay,» writing is the furthest thing from my mind. It’s only when I want to complain to an unwitting(and often, unwilling) audience that I actually turn up here. So long story short, I’m «new» to the area after things went from bad to worse in my life in no time flat. What do you do when you’re depressed and alone in a new city? Go to a Chinese restaurant by yourself, of course. I tried coming here on a Sunday, but was told that was the only day of the week they don’t serve lunch specials. Not even an exception for little ol’ me while said restaurant was completely dead and uninhabited. I stuck to my guns and left the joint without hesitation. I returned on a weekday. Prompty ordered the General Tso’s chicken(I had been perusing the menu on their website for a while now; there are only about two or three Chinese restaurants in all of Rocklin, so I had gotten to know it pretty well). First thing’s first: fountain drinks are $ 3, pushing the total value of my «lunch special» to well over $ 11. Maybe that’s acceptable by Rocklin standards, but it definitely affects my experience as a whole and determines whether or how often I would be willing to return. The food was okay. Nothing special, but like I said, there’s not a lot of choice in the area. I’ll come back again and try something new. But not anytime soon. Now comes the«customer service» part of the review… I was the only one there(around 2pm), so the staff took to their own table and proceeded to have their lunch feast in conjunction with mine. Which is fine, except they completely ignored me during the duration of their meal. I sat there for 10 minutes with my fork in my plate and my head in my hands while waiting for someone — anyone — to take notice. What should I have done in this case? Yelled«HEY, CAN I GET A CHECKHERE?» like an asshole? Or just sat there invisibly and continue to be stepped on and feel even lower than I did coming in? Obviously I’m not a sociopath(sic), so I chose the latter. It’s lose-lose as far as I’m concerned. I’m just nitpicking now, but adding insult to injury: when they finally came to drop off the check, they left the customary fortune cookie on the table. I opened it up and… it was empty. Foreboding omen or metaphor for my existence? I hope someone has the objectivity to find this shit funny, because I sure don’t.

I’m pretty bummed I can’t give it a higher rating! It’s near my house and I wanted to give it a shot. It was 12:30pm on a Friday but there was only one table of customers. I ordered ours to-go since I live so close. The people who helped me were so nice! They were helpful with the menu and offered me something to drink while I waited. Excellent customer service goes a long way in my book! *Chicken Chow Mein — The noodles were cooked just right. It just lacked any depth of flavor. I added soy sauce which helped some. *Mongolian Beef — Good, not great. The beef was cooked nicely. There’s a little spice to this dish but it also lacked real flavor. *Egg Drop Soup — They must add turmeric or something because it had a much deeper yellow & reddish color scheme happening than I’m used to seeing. No flavor whatsoever. Sad face. *Egg Rolls(Veggie) — Cooked well and pretty yummy when dipped in the sweet & sour sauce! I really wanted to like this place. I’m not convinced I’ll try it again. They do deliver though which is a plus if you can’t pick up! Overall, 3 stars for taste but the customer service and the fact that they deliver bumps it up to 3.5 stars!

Definitely satisfied with the menu selection and varieties. The flavor was great! The order and delivery to turn around time was great. I’m typically one to judge a Chinese food place on the crab ragoon I was impressed they actually used artificial crab meat.(most places just use cream cheese now a days). However, displeased with over cooking, leaving texture not so pleasurable. The honey chicken with a little sweet for my palate however, I really enjoyed the general tsos! Great price for the portion.

The reviews do not look good but I just finshed lunch here and I was pretty impressed. First off it is a very clean restaurant and the service is very friendly and efficient. Secondly, the value is tremendous. The lunch specials are between 6.50 and 7.50 and you get a bonanza of food(choice of soup, rice and entrée). I went with Hot & Sour Soup, Fried Rice and Beef w/Hot Garlic Sauce. Damn tasty!!! The soup was wonderfully flavored and brought a little sweat to my upper lip, the rice was ok and the Beef was delicious. Strips of tender beef, onions, water chestnuts etc. and the garlic sauce was truly garlicky. I have enough leftovers for another meal. Maybe I got them on a good day but my experience was great.

My family comes here quite a bit. Even if we’re picky of certain things they always take care of us. My parents always have different requests lol! My dad orders his special soup every time we go there with prawns & adds beef(which they stir fry first) sooo good! I love both the combo & seafood pan fried noodles. They do not skimp on the ingredients. Also, they use prawns in a lot of the dishes vs. the little shrimps, which I know costs more, but it’s worth it!

In terms of taste alone this is my favorite Chinese food place. The vegetable dumplings are so full of flavor. They make the best vegetable fried rice! I order off the menu and get the sweet and sour tofu… I can’t rave about it enough. I have yet to have a bad meal here. The service can be slow so I don’t recommend coming if you are in a hurry. Also the atmosphere is a bit dull so the restaurant doesn’t ‘show well’ but the food more than makes up for anything that is lacking!!!
