Great tasting food, but waited over 45 minutes to pick up curb side after I called it in over an hour prior to pickup. To continue my sob story, the ice cream I had purchased melted while I was waiting.

Came in for lunch at 3 pm and it was happy hour. Excellent food! We ordered six different small plates and two different drinks. Great prices and excellent service and recommendations by Andrew. We sat at the round bar and he was very attentive.

When we walked in we were greeted and offered to be seated… We asked for a booth but we’re told there wasn’t any available, but the restaurant was pretty empty. We asked to wait, because we really wanted a booth, with some resistance the hostess finally admitted that more would open up at 4pm, another girl came over and offered… most restaurants close during this time but they were open [basically be happy that they were open]. Honestly, didn’t really care for that exchange. Bartender was great! He made me a perfect drink by listening to my likes and dislikes, so major kudos there! Service was ok. Food selections were very good, a lot to choose from. We ordered and food came out pretty quick, actually, a little too quick because we were just starting appetizer course when the next came out practically right on top of the other. I had ordered the veggie dish(Buddha’s Feast), I was asked if I wanted it steamed or stir-fried… I asked for stir-fried, but it came out steamed. At the completion of our meal, we asked them to wrap up the food, he did do that for us, but threw out our rice, unsure of why he did that! Anyway, overall the food was ok, the service was just ok, didn’t care for the hostess staff… Bartender was great!

After having a wonderful experience at the PF Changs in Las Vegas, I decided to try the the one near my work. It had been a long day, so I decided to place a pick up order rather than dine in. It was Thursday evening about 6:50 p.m. I called and the phone was answered by an automated system. Annoying. I went through all the options and made the correct selection to place a take out order. However, the message started again. Annoyed, I hung up and called back again a few minutes later. Again, I pressed the correct buttons to place a take out order. Next, it continued on an automatic recording telling me about PF Changs. Finally after seven minutes a human came on the line. I proceeded to tell her my name and asked how long it would be to get a take out order. I was thinking maybe thirty minutes since I only was ordering one entrée for myself. I was wrong, she proceeded to tell me it would be 45 mins to an hour for pick up. Really? Really? Needless to say, I called another restaurant and had a to go order in under thirty minutes. If a human at PF Changs had answered the first time I called at 6:45 pm, the forty five minute wait wouldn’t have been a problem. However, by the time I finally got through it was 7:05 p.m.

visited PF Chang’s China Bistro for the first time ever. I gave them 4 stars because while the food was decent, the service we received from Neann was outstanding. She was very professional, and extremely patient. I hope to visit them again soon.

Went to dinner with my Husband and his parents on a weekend evening because… Well… I don’t really remember why but I do know it was a super long wait to get in at 5:00pm even though only half the restaurant was full. The parking lot also gets super crazy busy because of all the other restaurants and shops crammed in. Boo. PF Changs likes to imply that they serve their food«family style» but unless you’re a family of mice, or just won the Powerball jackpot, you will either leave feeling still hungry or way lighter in the wallet. Entrees are WAY overpriced for what you get. If you went to an authentic Chinese Food Restaurant you would get twice the portions for a lesser price. Choose wisely. My favorite thing about PF Changs? They trick your tastebuds into THINKING you are eating tasty food by loading everything with SALT. Don’t believe me? Take a glance at the nutrition facts. Gross. I didn’t think you could get any saltier than authentic Chinese Food until I came here. For our table of 5(with one of us being Vegetarian and a small eater) we ordered a plate of the Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Lo Mein, Fried Rice, Spicy Chicken, Butternut Squash Dumplings, Meat Pot Stickers, White Rice and Beef and Broccoli and I’m positive I’m not the only one who left hungry. Just what I would come to expect from a $ 150 meal here… Disappointment.

The only reason I’m giving this place a three stars is because the waitress was great otherwise I would have given it 1 star. After waiting 1 ½ hours for a table we had expected to have things move a little faster once we sat down. It took a good hour before we were actually served our food and another 45 minutes after we were done eating before we received our bill(it was obvious we were waiting for a bill). The food was mediocre, I would have rather picked up some Panda Express and eaten at home. The waiting area is a joke, be prepared to wait too long in a space not equipped to hold the amount of people waiting to be seated. We won’t be back.

AVOIDATALLCOSTS! From the moment the server told us that the apps are taking 20 minutes because the restaurant is busy,(sorry for being customers I guess) to the empty water glasses and the debate the server got in with my father about why everything is taking so long… We have been here for 1 hour and 15 mins and have had soup and an app… The server had a horrible attitude and had excuses for everything. The manager tells me… What can I give you to solve his problem? I said, I don’t want anything for free, I came here for a nice night, not free food… I again asked to please help assure the service is more seamless, what can I give you to fix this… I DONOTWANTFREWFOOD! I am complaining because the service sucks, not because I want free food… She never came to check in on us… Ugh We will not be back… EVER!

Worst service ever. I ordered two items from happy hour menu, one arrived, and another arrived 30 mins later. My drink was low, and was never ask if I want another drink. I had to try to get someone attention for at least 15 minutes before I give up. I noticed the bartenders are not efficient with making cocktails and making mistakes. They also refilled other people drinks except mine. I felt this is rudeness behavior ever so I had to leave.

Had been there with some colleagues this Thursday for a send off party. The ambience was good. Bit noisy but that’s fine with me :) Ordered Kung Pao chicken and fried rice. The wait time was reasonable. When the food came I was surprised as the chicken was dry. Was expecting a juicy Kung Pao chicken like in Panda Express. Nevertheless, it was very tasty. Then why am I giving just 4 stars? Because my friend who was sitting next to me ordered a Singapore Street Noodles with mushrooms and tofu. But he got the noodles with just broccoli :)

Terrible customer service from a manager!!! So so disappointed! I sent my friend the other night to pick up an order I placed over the phone. I have been eating here for years. I ordered Kung Pao chicken and a soup. The chicken was EXTREMELY salty and here was no rice(which comes with it)! I was going to call and let someone know, but by the time my friend got home with it and I tasted it they were closed(I ordered 1 hour before closing). I called the next day and I spoke to a manager(woman) and I was even more disappointed. She told me that the chicken is usually salty. Instead of apologizing she made me feel like I was lying! I have had that dish there many times and it is not supposed to be that salty!!! This place needs new management who has customer service skills! She told me she would look into it and call me back. She asked for my # and she never called back! Very sad that they treat their customers like this!!!

This was a birthday dinner on a Friday night at 6PM. We had no reservations so problem with the 25 minute wait that was expected. The parking here is a bit of a nightmare as there are multiple places to eat all sharing the same parking lot. Note to self that the Happy hour lasts until 7pm and the bar area was packed. Prices for the specials were good at happy hour. We had the dinner for 2 which was soup, appetizer, 2 entrees, and dessert for $ 42. This seemed like a good deal as it was a special occasion. I don’t know if the kitchen is always as backed up as it was tonight as it was a full hour from when we ordered to when we got our entrees. WE had soup and appetizer so we weren’t starving but the wait was long. The pad Thai was really good but the Kung pao shrimp was really salty and I like some veggies along with my shrimp. The dessert was two tiny triangles of dough with some berry chocolate sauce. They did bring a candle which was a nice touch and were were stuffed from the meals so it was more a token than an actual dessert.

So i went there the other night for dinner… the wait wasn’t bad, I didn’t have a reservation so I sat in the cocktail area. Service was prompt, menus delivered, drink orders taken. Drinks arrived in quick fashion and I imbibed… oh yes the splendor of the finely mixed whiskey sour was divine and so I imbibed multiple times. After a copious amounts of imbibing those divine god nectars, I decided it was time to order my meal from my server… Her name was Meghan and from the look in her eye I could tell that she was all about making my experience the best it could be(no time for dilly dallying). We were amiable. Mutually professional. Understanding the temporary bond between server and patron that exists for whatever brief and fleeting moment a relationship such as this can exist for. Our witty banter grew to teasing remarks of kung pao chicken and dan dan noodles. I fondly lament on it as a candle in the wind; burning brightly but never knowing when the flame would end. I had finally reached my decision. With wanton anticipation, Meghan awaited my order. Her full lips moist yet pursed, the long flowing blond hair neatly arranged in a sensual pony tail, the anticipating pen to book… it was truly erotic. «I’ll have the egg foo young» the words fell from my mouth with a frothy desire of days gone by. You see I had found this dish carnally satisfying from this restaurant many times in many cities before and tonight I found myself particularly ravenous for this entrée, especially considering the temptress who stood before me. «We don’t have that, but I would recommend the wonton soup.» Answered my temptress. «I have had that here many times.» I retorted «I don’t think you have.» she teased «I promise you I have. I need it and especially tonight. Have the chef just make it because that’s what I want right now, but it’s not the only thing.» my heart felt as if it were ready to explode from my chest. Oh this sly vixen, this siren of the secret foo young. I would have my satisfaction. «Sir, we don’t have that dish, we have never had that dish and I cannot ask the chef to make that because we simply don’t have the ingredients.» she answered. My heart breaks. Oh the nerve. How dare she? My seductress quickly rebirthed to become my torturess In a single moment she had delivered me unto the depths of dining hell; denying my ravenous inclinations. Callously refusing my dining desires that only the foo young would quench. Oh the fiery pit she had thrown me to. This would not go unanswered. «Bring me what I asked for.» I said firmly, knowing that the force and confidence in my tone would force her to abide my fervorous predilections. «I’ll be right back.» She teased in the ever so slight manner that I had briefly come to know her by. I waited with anticipation. Moments turned to unimaginable chasms of eternity. Another whiskey sour delivered by the bar man to help pass the seeming eons of expectancy. Finally my aphrodite rounded the corner with dish in hand. The jubilance is nearly uncontainable. She arrives. My breath is baited… «This was the best I could do for you,» she says with a previously undiscovered impatience in her voice as she moves to place a bowel of soup at my table. «…and I’m so sorry it’s not egg foo young but i did my best to accommodate you.» As she finishes the words that carry mortally wounding disappointment, I notice a devilish gleam in her eyes just in time to see her turn the bowl into my lap… lukewarm War Wonton Soup… Honestly what restaurant serves LUKEWARM soup… Dammit.

Horrible customer service! The staff is running the show and the elderly gentleman manager doesn’t know what to say and doesn’t do anything! Free alcohol without carding! Staff talking while sitting down at tables! Over 9 f******, wait 11, words! Talking at the bar about how they hate thier jobs with past employees, how he lost 2 tickets and it isn’t his fault! They are too buddy buddy, talking about how they should come over to eachother’s cribs and such! No respect! We will never come back! Shout out to Anthony though, I am sorry you have to work in such unprofessional conditions! Additional info: We just told Anthony and he told the server who was cussing! When the cussing server returned he started speaking in spanish and told his ex-employee buddy to be quiet! I speak spanish and allowed them to continue, he says por que los mujeres agui! Referring to my friend and I! I responded esta mujeres? Si?! Tiene problemas con ustedes! He says now you are bothering me! I am a paying patron. I told him that was not what I heard, his cussing bartender said he would«hook him up»! I am so over this egotistical entitled employees! FYI the cussing employee is McCory! He should be released from his employment immediately! He already said he doesn’t like his job and his buddy said he won’t buss tables or run food unless he has a $ 5 per waiter tip! Ridiculous To the 50 year old across from the bar you need to get some!

This was my second visit to a P F Chang’s, and it was about what I remember(except maybe a little less fancy than I remember — which sounds funny, I know). I got what I was expecting, which was good food in a nice environment with decent service at a price higher than you’d pay in a more traditional Chinese restaurant. The food was enjoyable. As an appetizer, we shared the shrimp dumplings(pan-fried) they were gone in a second. For lunch, it came with rice(I chose white) and soup(I had the hot and sour). I had the sweet & sour chicken, which I liked. It was all good — not the standard«Chinese restaurant style» that I’d come to expect, but it had good flavor and the portion size was pretty healthy. The rest of my family in attendance liked their meals as well. The service was good. Our server took all our orders efficiently, gave us our food quickly(and correctly), kept our beverages full, and checked in periodically to make sure we were all doing well.(To me, this is the sign of good management in a chain restaurant. I don’t think there’s any reason a chain should have truly poor service — generally they have standardized training programs that help employees know how to deliver an effective«experience» for patrons. If service is bad, then something’s REALLY wrong. Thankfully – all was well here.) All told, this was a nice place to have a group lunch. Everyone enjoyed their food and had a good time. At home, I’d probably go for a «regular» Chinese restaurant, but for an out of towner, this is a pretty safe bet.

Came in for late night drinks and appetizers. The bartender was awesome! She had a great attitude, here was a hiccup with one of the appetizers and the way she handled it was perfect. She asked if she could replace it, asked if there was anything she could do for us, then said, if you need anything at all, to please tell her. The perfect star rating is for how she made us feel when we felt like there was something wrong. I’ll update this with her name when I figure it out so you all can go to her and get the same service. 5 stars all the way!

After years of hating PF Chang’s I was forced to return to use a gift card! My experience was so much better we came back for Happy Hour a few days later! PFC’s is still not authentic Chinese food, but some of the dishes are okay. We tried the dinner for two which came with soup, appetizer, two entrees and one desert for $ 49. The hot and sour soup was bad, too salty. The egg drop soup was fine, but I wished they had jazzed it up by adding some crisp sweet white corn, come on this is supposed to be upscale Chinese fusion food don’t give me the same olé same olé. We choose orange shrimp and Mongolian beef as our entrees. The orange shrimp was too sweet and soggy(the shrimp is deep fried) but the fresh orange segments served with the shrimp are refreshing. The Mongolian beef was tender and tasty, my only complaint was there were no crispy rice noodles served with them. Oops I forgot we had PFC’s signature lettuce wraps as our appetizer and they were plentiful and tasty as always. The highlight of our meal was desert. We choose the caramel cake and it was simply divine. Moist, dense white cake with just the right amount of caramel sweetness and some small crunchy sprinkles on top. The cake is pretty darn small but it was so good we came back for happy hour a few days later. Happy hour at PFC’s is pretty crowded, we were just early enough to snag a couple seats at the bar. We had a Asian pear mojito $ 6 it was just ok, northern style ribs 4 for $ 6 way to dry, crab cheese wonton-good with real crab $ 7.50 and lettuce wraps $ 7.50. Of course we finished with two slices of caramel cake $ 4.25 each. While PFC’s is not authentic Chinese food they do a few things well. Be prepared to pay a premium and hopefully pick out some winning dishes to eat.
