The honey walnut shrimp was doughy and I had to ask server for extra walnuts as only like 2 or 3 made it on the plate, the chow mein tasted burnt for everyone in our group. and the teriyaki chicken was not cut apart? it was still somewhat connected not such a big deal if it weren’t for the burnt chowmein and the crappy honey walnut shrimp. No soy sauce . They charged me extra for the honey walnut shrimp .? okay but should be told up front.

Food is delicious and the service is always fast and friendly. Portions can be slightly small which is disappointing, but I will continue to buy their fried rice and orange chicken all the time!

This place was pretty much what you would expect from Panda Express. One thing that was very frustrating was the wait and the amount of workers working during dinner time. The line is always long at this Panda Express but tonight it was shocking to see there was one person serving food and one person operating the cash register. Why would you do this during dinner time? I think I stood in line 25 minutes. Ridiculous! C’mon Panda Express…

Service: The service is poor. They are short with you, do not greet you, never ask you if you need any soy sauce etc, They seem as they they don’t care if you are there or not because they will get paid ether way. I tried the Order head app and skip the line. There was no signage saying«Pickup Here» like corporate expects them to have; like other stores do. I had to look around for a while trying to figure out where to go I eventually just went up the the register. After a few minutes they said one minute, and continued to help the people in line. After the people in line where processed. They said, «are you picking up an order?» I said«yes» and they said, «Ok we are waiting for the sweet fire chicken». They didn’t say anything further such as how long, apologize or anything. What is the point of calling ahead if I still have to wait a long time and wait till after they processed their line. I finally got my food after waiting about 6 or 7 more minutes. They just had the bag by the register and pointed at it and said it is right there and started to turn away from me; but I just stood there and they came and handed it to me then went off before I could let them know that I asked for Hot mustard but got chilli sauce(I checked on my phone again to make sure I did it right while waiting for them to come back to me so I can get it). Finally they noticed me and came back and said do you need something in a short tone. I let them know I need hot mustard and not chili sauce and they finally gave it to me. I then took my empty large soda(on the order ahead app you check the type of soda you want and can even put notes like no ice so it will be ready for you). I then went over and made my soda, got my own fork and napkins and finally left. Quality: The food here is not very good and the portions are very small. Seems like they give less here then other Panda locations. I have been here many times as it is close to my house and the service is always terrible, and the food expensive for the small portions. It’s my fault thinking they will improve and to try again. I will not be coming back. From now On I will be going to Prime Wok Express which is not far from this location.

I love Panda Express! I feel like they always serve great quality food. I normally get a Panda bowl, which is enough to fill me up. The prices are pretty decent too. The only reason why it is 4 stars, is because I some times get bad piece of chicken(veins, bones). Other then that! Great place! Check it out!

The portions are getting worse and worse. My two item plate came with 9 pieces pf chicken. Unfortunately I was already home before I noticed it. I’m paying 8 bucks for this and I feel like I’m getting ripped off. Also the Orange«chicken» is mostly bread. I’m not as satisfied as I used to be with this place

I eat here at least once a week and enjoy a pleasant experience every time. The servers are always sweet and polite. Even the chef waves hello! I love that steamed brown rice is available daily too. I wish this location had a drive-thru but then I probably wouldn’t get to interact with the awesome staff!

First off, I gave 3 stars because the girls who work the line are sweet and try to be as helpful as possible. But I got Panda today, and although the orange chicken was delicious as always the rice was disgusting… It was dry, crunchy and just Bleh! And to add to my experience the line cook was creepy, and made me extremely uncomfortable. Sorry hunny you aren’t good looking enough to be glaring at ALL the woman like you do.

They have made their containers smaller. They used to give you nice big scoops full with like another half scoop. Now they try to fool you with a scoop and then they pick up one more piece. More expensive and smaller servings. Time to NOT do panda!

The customer service here is absolutely horrible. When they put white FRIED rice in my bowl instead of STEAMED rice, I expected then to make me a new order since I paid for it. Instead I was given a lot of attitude and given a small box of steamed rice, and told«there you go». I decided to get my money back; I am a retail supervisor and have worked in food service and know you just do what it takes to make it right. Sorry but not sorry for the 1 star.

This location is very hit and miss. Sometimes the food is good and sometimes it is not. I come here becase it is close and sometimes Panda Express just kind of sounds good. The Chow Mein is often burnt and i have to either get a new side or go with the fried rice wich is usually very dry. The main entrees are good and hot but the serving size always varies depending on how busy they are and who is serving. I will normally get a side of the Cream Cheese Rangoons but I have them make them fresh as they ususally are cold and overcooked when they have been sitting in the case. Over all I stop here on occasion but dont expece anything amazing.

Walked in today, after being ignored at another close-by restaurant. Was ignored here too. A cook saw me, mumbled some words to somebody sitting back in an office. I waited about a half a minute, then walked out. But I don’t think they care. So what? It’s not a Chinese place anyhow, just fast grub. But I do not like being ignored, so I’ll leave it as a 1-star. OK, back to finishing off my «invisible day».

I normally dont review a «fast food» or huge chain like Panda. But, I am today because, it is good, and I respect the business model. The menu is always introducing some thing new. They encourage critisism and the survey process saves you $ 1.75(takes minutes). They offer samples! I am happy when I go because they service is quick(often the volume is high), and it is always good. Consistency! Chinese food can be scary, Panda is the sanctuary.

Everybody, including my own mom, always rants and raves about this place. Today is the third time eating here. I went during peak dinner time, and YEEEEESH the line was long. But the staff moves at such crazy fast speeds we got out of there in a decent amount of time. Moms got: mixed veggies and their chili chicken(which is the bomb!!) I got: their new Kobari beef(um hi, delicious!), their honey prawns which are always good, l and then to my surprise they told me I could get ½ fried rice and ½ chow mein! YIPEE… easily amused. I am so amazed at how«on» the staff always are here!

I think the Express in their name, at least at this location, fails to fully represent itself. Sure, I came around dinner rush, but I was in a rush myself, with a 20 minute dinner break from work and my stupid self forgetting to bring dinner, and the«Express» part was what attracted me. Sure, I could’ve opted for fast food, but where would I get my veggies?! The first time I came, I just left because the line was too long. The second time I went, the line was a bit shorter, so I gave it a shot. Now, I don’t know if that lady was new or something, but I was in a hurry, and she was going slow. It was nice that she offered to let people try out the different entrees they had to offer, but man, they didn’t even order that stuff. They ordered and she let them try other stuff. I was screaming in my head. I ordered my usual, steamed rice, with orange chicken and beef and broccoli. The orange chicken was still crispy and tasty. Good stuff as always. The beef and broccoli was okay. Something was off on the taste today, but still enjoyable.
