I have had my storage unit here for almost 2 years. I have always had wonderful friendly service. If I’ve ever had a question, I have always been welcomed into the office with a smile and provided with answers. There have been several occasions where I’ve needed to update my card on file because it either expired or the banks issued a new one due to those new chip cards. Every time that happens, I need to go update my cards everywhere else.
I forgot the first few times and Extra Space Storage gives me a friendly call and let’s me know.
Today, I had the pleasure of speaking with Michelle. We laughed because I came into the store without my shoes on, it being a cold day & all. Lol!
I updated my card on file, let her know I love coming in because everyone here is so wonderful! It’s always clean and the vibe is great!

We had a great experience working with Michelle. She was flexible, professional and courteous. My wife and I were in a bind trying to find a storage facility near our temporary home and Michelle came through big-​time. We are very happy with the cleanliness and location of this facility. We feel confident in their security and in their management team. I highly suggest working with Michelle as she will help resolve your issues in a fast and thorough manner. She was fun to work with as well. Great place and wonderful team.

We needed some «extra space!» to declutter our house in preparation for sale. It was the closest to our house and the prices were comparable to others nearby online. Justin was so friendly and helpful helping us find a good open unit and getting everything set up. It is also very secure and clean. Would recommend to anyone who needs storage!

Extra Space Storage is super clean, and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I called the number to an offsite office who set up my initial meeting and reserved a unit for me — very friendly and helpful. Then, at the facility, I met Justin, who was a very nice young man who answered all of my questions and even gave me some helpful hints (take a photo of the access code on my smart phone — GREAT HELP!), etc. Dave the manage, is also very friendly. I feel safe, and feel that my stuff is in good hands. I highly recommend this storage facility.
