Run of the mill Starbucks. The usual options available. Nice outdoor seating and space inside to study. Great customer service! Bottom line: coffee is hot and service is fine

Convenient location by where we spend a lot of time with soccer… they have a drive-thru as well. Seriously like every Starbs out there but every time I have been here all the employees are super friendly and courteous. They also have a pretty open layout where you can kick back and enjoy your beverages and snacks.

Don’t stop here!!! Slowest drive thru on the planet. I gave it 2 chances thinking maybe it was just a bad day but I have never spent this long in any drive thru ever much less a Starbucks drive-thru.

Two things I didn’t like about this location: the parking and how efficient the employees are. The parking lot is small and the service is slow. The workers make drinks at a slow pace with not much enthusiasm. It also took a few minutes for someone to be actually at the cash register even though it wasn’t busy and there were no line. The tables were a little dirty and its a smaller Starbucks compared to the others I’ve been too. Also when they gave me my iced green tea latte it still had a ton of matcha powder clumps on the bottom and the top.

If I could nominate a store with the least friendly employees the store would be it. They’re just so drab and not friendly at all. I definitely would recommend going just a mile down the street to the fairway Starbucks and going through the drive-through and meeting Randy. He he’s an exceptional customer service forward employee.

This is the slowest drive through ever. I’m not sure if it is because they are constantly training new prople there or what. But It always takes me anywhere from 15 to 25 minutes to get my coffee! It’s a bummer because they are only two blocks away from my house.

I’ve frequented this location over the past few years… Usually there before 7:00 a.m. So not many issues. Stopped in this morning at 7:15– ughhhh… Going to agree with top two reviews… nobody in line to purchase just 4 people waiting for their orders… Took at least 2 minutes for an acknowledgment and ask for my order. 12 mins later i got my coffee. I will drive the extra 3 mins to lonetree.

Every time I’ve visited this location(doesn’t matter if it’s the drive-through, or inside) It’s always an epic wait. The staff here seem to have zero urgency in getting your beverage in a timely fashion. It’s ridiculous how long it actually takes for them to get it to you. There are two other locations nearby that get as much, or more traffic, and they still take less time than this location does. If you’re in a hurry or need to be somewhere before a certain time, go to a different Starbucks.

Just not the clean Starbucks you are used to finding, the floors were dirty and the tables were not wiped down. Coffee was fine, but overall low grade because of the cleanliness. Expected better for a suburban location!

Ordered a Very Berry Hibiscus. Came out and gave us tea instead, I was like is this a Very Berry Hibiscus and she said oh I forgot the berries. How do you forget such thing. I also ordered a Trenti but they gave us a Venti, charged us for the wrong price. My boyfriend and I finished the drink within 2 mins. Easy on filling the cup with ice. No need to give the customer a whole cup filled with ice and barely any tea.

Wow talk about awful customer service. I thought maybe it was just the first employee, but all three had bad attitudes. I will be skipping this Starbucks from now on. On top of bad customer service my drink was poorly made. The only positive thing I have to say about my trip was that my drink was hot.

How can you not love this place? Funny story — some friends of mine were thinking of moving to Rocklin from the Bay Area. I told them to stay at my house which is about a mile from this place(I was actually in the process of moving back). My friends did not believe me when I said Rocklin is exactly the type of town that they’d love. Anyway, they ended up going to this Starbucks… and they told the story to the barista that they were thinking about moving… and so far they really Rocklin. They wrote on their mugs«Welcome to Rocklin. looking forward to seeing you again.» It closed the deal! Interesting that the staff at Rocklin was sort of the straw that«broke» the camels back and got them to pull the trigger and move to Rocklin.

Mycoffee tasted watered down today. Gross. This is just the worst so far. Sooo now you’re wondering why I gave it 5 stars… I came back and explained to a nice woman it didn’t seem to taste right. She was so sweet… She apologized, told me she was going to get me a new one right away. With in minutes, hot coffee was being presented before me. She suggested I try it just to make sure it tastes the way I like. She was not pushy, didn’t have a bad attitude… She made my morning. It tasted wonderful. Thank you for fixing my coffee, but most of all, making me feel like every single person who walks in here is going to be treated like they are in her home. Thank you.
