Heather cut my hair for the first time today. She listened to what I liked and gave fantastic suggestions and she gave me a «lob» cut. It’s so cute! I love it! It’s a just above shoulder length bob with some layers and face framing. She is so professional, friendly and hospitable. I am so glad that I now have her as a regular hair stylist. Oh, and the salon smells so good!

Poor customer service at the front desk. No smile or warm greeting. Just rude. Very unfortunate.

I always get the best haircuts from Kristen. I wont go to anyone else ever again. She is the best, she listens to me and doesn’t try cutting all my hair off, like at other places that I have gone. All the staff is friendly and I love the products they use.

I LOVE Mane Attraction! After a previously-beloved hair dresser completely BOTCHED my hair and thus ruined our friendship(and lost my business) I stopped into Mane Attraction one day to see if they could fit me in for a haircut and bang trim. They could, and I was placed with Heather. Y’all — it was love at first cut! First of all, Heather is incredibly friendly and bubbly — it is impossible not to get along with her! Second of all, in my many years of having my hair cut, no one has ever bothered to show me how to successfully style a side-swept bang, but Heather took the time to show me step-by-step how she blow-dried and flat-ironed my bangs so I could recreate it at home. And when I tried it at home later — surprise, it worked! I’ve now been coming to Heather for several years for all of my haircut needs. I dye my hair at home, but I am not trustworthy around scissors and therefore only allow Heather to touch my hair! She has consistently provided me with amazing service and has coiffed my hair into some adorable cuts that I constantly receive compliments on. I trust her judgment and skill-set so much that one time last year, I went in with my shoulder length hair, sat in her chair and asked her, «if I could let you do anything to my hair cut-wise, what would you do?» to which she responded, «a pixie!». I let her cut my hair into a pixie and LOVED it. She’s so knowledgeable at her craft and won’t let you leave her chair without a smile and complete satisfaction. Plus, I love Aveda’s concepts and products, and it helps that my blowouts stay fresh and my hair smells great even days after I’ve left the salon. HIGHLY recommend! Book with Heather; you won’t be disappointed!

Wow! I can’t explain how confident Kyle made me after my hair appointment! I’ve wanted a cut/color for a few months but haven’t gotten the time or energy to find a stylist. A friend of mine who works at Mane Attraction referred me to Kyle(who is gorrrgeoussss by the way) and luckily he had the day open. I have long and wavy hair that is sometime tricky to style, so I was a little nervous but mostly apprehensive about trusting someone new with my hair. The first thing Kyle did when I sat down in his chair was chat with me about what I was looking for, which is normal for any stylist, but I could tell Kyle was truly listening to my vision. He explained to me what the best process would be to achieve the look and we started applying the color lifter. THEBESTPART– My original request was for an ombré, but Kyle suggested something I never knew existed. it’s called balayage and this method was so much better than an ombré(which I originally wanted.) Kyle hand-painted on my highlights according to the flow of my natural waves and created sun kissed highlights that are to die for! He then cut my hair exactly how I wanted it– layers that compliment my waves with face framing pieces in the front. I know this sounds like a typical haircut, but I can assure you that he customized it for my face and hair flow. I cannot express how elated I was when I saw the final touches after the blow dry!!! I felt like such a vixen!(which is a big deal for a girl!) The entire process took about 3 hours, but it felt so much shorter than that. The end price was $ 130 and I was honestly shocked at how inexpensive it was, especially since my hair looks like a million bucks. Kyle was exceptionally personable and dedicated to my hair appointment that I can’t imagine going anywhere else now. He was MARVELOUS and my hair looks amazing! As good as it gets! Thank you, Kyle!

Horrible Horrible Horrible! DON’T GOTOHEATHERWHATEVERYOUDO. SHECAN’T COLOR. SHECAN’T CUT. I have seen her work on 3 people and myself… she turns bombshells into fuddy duddies in minutes. Mane Attraction, you should be ashamed. I have told all of my friends and even random people I meet around the community how terrible your salon is. I just finished FIXING my mom’s hair. she can’t stop crying and looking in the mirror. «I look pretty again. I felt so ugly for so long.» Even my brother said, «It looked like someone had put grey streaks in you hair on purpose. You look ten years younger mom.» When I went for a basic haircut/trim: 1. Didn’t know how to blend a bang. 2. Didn’t correct mistakes once hair was dry. 3. Styled my hair so I looked super frumpy and weird.(my friends and family laughed) 4. People though I had cut it myself and messed up. Not worth what they charge… at all. For my mom’s color with no cut($ 150ish): 1.Didn’t know how to mix color.(ie. Put purple/green/ash tones on naturally WHITE hair) 2.Put high lift or bleach on my mother’s scalp and left her under the heat for far too long, only to tell her the scabs on her scalp were her own fault… 3. When the color turned grey, purple, and orange instead of golden blonde, they pretended it didn’t. 4. The manager tried to force my mom to go back to put more chemicals(which they insisted were from a rare allergy she miraculously developed) on her head and use the same girl who ruined her hair the first time. Why wouldn’t they just give her her money back? She didn’t expect this from such a pricey salon. ***If somebody has a rare(according to them 2%) allergy to your dye, why would you want to put it on them again??? Strange logic… I waited for my poor mom’s burnt scalp to heal and used a kind of medium golden blonde hair dye to counteract the ash tones they, ever so brilliantly, put on and she looks a million times better. Gorgeous! I have never been to cosmetology school but I must know a little more about the color spectrum than the women that work here. She payed something like 150 dollars to be transformed from a 10 to a 2 at this salon. I wished they would have owned up to their mistakes and treated her with a little more respect.

Love my salon! Love Melanee, my stylist! I get so many compliments on my hair and never regret the 45 minute each way commute. Thanks!
