Excellent Customer Service! I entered on a Saturday afternoon around 2:00 pm. I was immediately greeted by a nice young lady named Raj. She was upbeat, personable, and made an amazing sandwich. In addition, she gave me a few subway sandwich papers for my costume. As she was making my sandwich, another female entered the sandwich making area and greeted me. When I left the location, they had a steady stream of customers coming and going. If you are ever in the area, give this Subway a try!

Everytime I come in the two girls always look like they’re miserable. It’s honestly SO annoying. You’re getting paid for this! Just make my sandwich and shut the **** up with your blatant misery. It’s ridiculous. The one girl the other day made my sandwich, and then at checkout set everything on the counter in a bitchy way and left me to bag up all my own shit. Such bad customer service skills. I always go above and beyond when dealing with customers at work because I know that a smile goes a long way no matter what! And trust me, I am NOT a people person. I get that people can be terrible! But I’m not terrible! I’m being way nicer than I should, so what the hell?! I only go here because it’s right by my work, and it’s healthier. They’re lucky I’m not really one to complain. But maybe next time… Also, why is there NEVER a manager present? The girls are always in the back just kickin’ it until a customer walks in, and then they totally die inside having to make a little sandwich. I shouldn’t come back. At this point it’s almost as if I get a joy out of their misery. *cracks whip* «Yeah, that’s right! Make me a SANDWICH!» *laughs maniacally and rubs hands together in an evil manner*

This is my first Unilocal review and I literally downloaded the app just to warn other potential customers of the horrible service at this subway. Today was my fourth visit to this subway and my last. I do not even know where to begin because everytime I have been here it is the same girl working and she has absolutely no costumer service skills and no respect for paying customers. My past experiences I have been patient with her even though she gives an attitude and rolls her eyes for no reason at all. Today my fiancé and I were in a rush for lunch and ran into this location to grab a couple subs. My fiancé was helped first by the young blonde gal, as soon as the second girl working had her gloves on she precedes to ask the young man behind me what kind of sandwich he wanted. I kindly told the young girl that I was getting a sandwich and she hardly acknowledged me besides looking at me. I proceeded to tell her what kind of sandwich I wanted and I see the young blonde rolling her eyes at me… again. The girl making my sandwich was very unfriendly and so I asked them for their names. The blonde girl asked why and I once again asked for their names. She responds by telling me «we don’t have to tell you our names» so I responded by telling her that it was ok I will just look at the time on my phone and call the manager and let her know what time I was there. The young blonde rudely responds to me by saying I will call my manager now and let her know you are calling. 1) If she felt as if she did nothing wrong she would not feel the need to call and prep her manager. 2) She starts glaring at me while man handling my fiancé’s sandwich… literally throwing it on the counter to wrap it. She calls her manager and is belittling the situation, laughing telling her manager that a customer was going to be calling and complaining about them. She was on the phone with the manager for a few minutes telling her that some«teenage girl» thinks they had an attitude, however she did not know why. I told her that I was actually 2– and that I could explain to the manager why I was upset enough to want to call her. The girl laughs and says she is actually 2-. Whether I was a teenage girl or not I am still a paying customer and should be treated with respect. The manager agreed to talk to me and I explained my experience. The manager was very kind and I told her that these girls are making her business look bad. My fiancé was motioning to me that he wanted to talk to the manager and as I handed him the phone the blonde gal says to me in a very snarky way«you two are going to be soo happy together». As I walked to listen to my fiancé’s conversation with the manager I hear the same blonde gal bad mouthing me to the other customers in line… obviously someone knows their behavior is innapropriate if they have to justify themselves to other customers that were not there when this took place. I work in customer service and I never would have the audacity to treat a customer the way I was treated today. Although the manager was very kind, I will not be returning to this subway and I will be telling those I know to not give their business to this location. I feel bad for the manager because these girls are representing her business and are completely butchering it’s reputation. The employees making your sandwich are the face of the company and should have customer service skills. I gave one star because of my positive experience with the manager. Also, before I wrote this review I read the only other review for this location which states«the young ladies working today are not friendly at all» clearly this serves as further evidence for the poor customer service at this subway location. I will be bringing my business elsewhere because a longer drive and a longer wait is worth it to be treated with respect.
