Cute place. We always stop by after a movie at studio movie Grill. One of the times we came in they said it was kids get a free yogurt day. OK sure. Lol. Super friendly people. They always have new flavors. The toppings are fun. One of my favorites flavors is birthday cake. The yogurt is creamy and good. They also give out stickers to the kiddos sometimes. You can’t really go wrong. Although I feel bad throwing away their spoon. It’s such a nice spoon.

Four stars for a good, yet otherwise unremarkable, yogurt shop. At 48 cents an ounce, it might be more than their peers but it was clean and the cashier offered us sampling cups right as we entered. I tried the red velvet cake flavor, which was fantastic. It was a nice way to cap off a fun evening. Thanks!

I’m a huge fan of yogurt, doesn’t matter what time of year and I was surprised to find a Menchies location in California!(I’ve only known about Menchies from Hawaii.) I happened to be in the area and it sounded absolutely delightful for a hot and humid day. Self serve yogurt, tiny spot with few tables for sitting as well as outdoor tables. They mainly had flavored yogurts and two selections for tarts. I personally loved original tart so I chose that. Huge variety of cookies, chocolates, etc. Small selection of fruits however. They had mango popping bubbles, which was a plus.(My fav.) It came out to be around $ 14, for me, my husband, and business partner. 47 cents per oz. Water was $ 1.25 too, which I ended up purchasing later. We sat at the tables and ended up staying quite a bit so I decided to get another yogurt, this time the chocolate and vanilla ones. They were a bit too sweet for my taste, but I can see the appeal to these flavors. Cashier was friendly as well, didn’t seem bothered by our extended presence in the shop. :)

Pineapple soft serve– just like Disneyland! Non-dairy(my allergic kid thinks she’s died and gone to Heaven here!), cool, refreshing, not too sweet. Perfection! Also like their peanut butter fro yo with hard chocolate shell drizzle, sprinkled w/chopped peanuts and crushed butterfingers. Yum-o! Service is hit or miss. It can also be really crowded or empty. They have different specials on different days. They used to have a free kids day on Sunday. Not sure if they still have it, but worth checking out. Love the concept, and this is one of my fav’s for frozen yogurt.

I love Menchies, and I think the business model is brilliant. I love being able to choose whatever flavors of fro-yo that I like and to be able to add my own toppings. The staff is really nice. The place is fun. Everything is kept super clean. Location is super convenient. We usually go there for dessert after eating at one of the nearby restaurants. Overall, we have had great experiences.

I have been coming here about once a week since the weather has gotten warmer and I love the fro-yo selection, they even have sorbets for people like my hubby who dislikes fro-yo. The topping selection is huge and my kids always have fun trying out new combinations every time we come here. Now as for the cleanliness and staff friendliness it’s a hit and miss, although to be fair the only times I’ve seen the place not 100% clean is when there is a big crowd of people otherwise I see the workers cleaning up and wiping things down and the tables are clean as well. As for the staff some are great at greeting you the moment you walk in but there have been times when you barely get any acknowledgement at all so honestly your experience here just depends on who is working at the time. Anyways overall the place is a great place to get your fro-yo fix.

Tasty yogurt with great toppings. Pros: Good yogurt selection Great toppings Very cool décor Cons: Service is hit and miss — it’s usually very friendly and upbeat but sometimes the employees are more concerned with talking with their friends than ringing up my yogurt. Usually very clean but on a few of my visits it has been a bit on the messy side. Maybe I came in after a big rush or it could just be some employees don’t get out and clean up as quick. Overall a nice yogurt stop.

Pros: Many flavors, very cute interior, great tasting yogurt Cons: Kinda hidden location, the employee was not helpful whatsoever(no greeting, no suggestions), this place was BEYOND dirty in every way imaginable, the food was very unsanitary in presentation(yogurt everywhere, toppings dripping), floor was disgusting, one flavor was«out» and there was no effort to refill the yogurt with another flavor, VERY pricy, will not return for all of these reasons

Meh. I just didn’t care for it here. The store is super cute though and I really wanted to fall in love but I just didn’t like the flavors of yogurt. In my eyes it’s hard to beat my favorite, Pinkberry. I will give Menchies another try though and see if there aren’t any better flavors on another day. Don’t wanna give up yet.

I have been here multiple times. Like 10 times. I have seen this store somewhat clean ONCE. I work at another fro yo shop and it amazes me that all the employees working can’t keep the store clean and have no personality what so ever. Don’t get me wrong, their brownies and marshmallow topping are great. But their is always 2 – 3 people working and they always just stand around. and by telling customers there is no extra charge for waffle cones made me believe I won’t be charged for it. Honestly, there’s way better places to go that are actually clean and sanitary.

Typical serve yourself froyo with a variety of toppings. A good variety is how they earned 2 stars I’ve been in 3 different times. Although this shop opened not long ago it is always dirty. The tables and chairs always have remnants of food or yogurt still on them. The trash cans are almost always full, last Thursday when I was there it was overflowing with two employees who walked by it several times. When I present my punchcard, employees seem bothered. If you can, skip this place there are much better frozen yogurt shops that take pride in their business.

I come here mainly for their toppings! The brownies and cool whip will always be on my yogurt. We were not greeted by the young man who was working and the sample cups were out while he was in the back. Half of the toppings were so low too :(a few almost were empty!!! I’ve been to many yogurt places and keeping the toppings filled and tidy seemed like one of their top priorities but not at this location. I prefer the one by the galleria.

Menchie’s is your typical self-serve fro-yo place. We came here after dinner at Mooyah Burger next door. We happened to come on just the right day… April 15th, which happened to be their $ 4.15 day! Fill your cup with as much as you want and it’s only $ 4.15! I ended up getting less than $ 4.15 worth anyway because I was so full from dinner, but it’s a great deal nonetheless. They had about 12 flavors, some were even gluten-free!(gluten-free cake batter fro-yo…who knew) I went with the marshmallow and cookies & cream flavors, and topped it with random things like mochi, cool whip, kit kat pieces, banana, and strawberries. The best part was the cool whip! I’ve seen whipped cream at fro-yo places before but never cool whip, and those are two completely different things. Their topping bar was also very clean and the fruit looked ripe and fresh. The actual place itself is a little crowded but it was probably just busy because of the $ 4.15 deal. but overall pretty great place for a hangout and some delicious yogurt!

Clean place, friendly people. Second time I’ve been here and the guy seemed frazzled. I guess that’s what happens when you run out of spoons at a yogurt shop. Weird for a yogurt shop, since they are kind of important.

I’m surprised by the reviewer that said it was dirty. I’ve been here twice and both times it was super clean, and I’m pretty particular about stuff like that. Lots of flavors and toppings. Happy décor. I brought my kids there and their eyes just widened at the sight of everything. I now use visits there as a reward for certain accomplishments. :-).

Really nice froyo place. Their spoons are strangely collectable and sturdy. I’m keeping it as a cereal spoon haha. Now for the froyo part: don’t go there expecting plain strawberry or anything plain like that. They have peanut butter, cake batter, mint cookie? And others that I don’t remember. Surprisingly, they only have peach boba. A little expensive at around $ 6.49 but that’s with several scoops in a HUGE cup with a bunch of stuff in it.

This place is absolutely fantastic! When I walked in for the first time after they opened, I had such a wonderful experience. Most of the staff is very outgoing and friendly. The amount of great flavors and toppings they have are awesome. I am definitely a regular here now, and the smilage card is really a great benefit! If you are a frozen yogurt fan this is the place to go.
