Four stars for quick and efficient service. I’m also including the great customer service I got over the phone with their main office.
I just purchased a new phone since my Straight Talk one was pure evil. I didn’t really have a game plan about what I wanted to do but knew I would be good with their $ 30 per month deal. And a phone that worked.
Anyway, I wasn’t pressured by the sales person and had all my questions answered. All told, I was there maybe 10 – 15 minutes.
I’ve been happy since and hopefully I’ll return again. Thanks!

Roseville, CA
I have been very happy with Metro PCS. Service at the Roseville Pkwy location and sales in Roseville. It really is better and about 100 dollars cheaper a month than I was paying. I like the phone, too.
