I needed help switching phones that required a new sim card.
She quoted me $ 20 for a sim card, and $ 15 switch fee.
I then called the other Metro PCS off Rocklin rd, and he quoted me $ 10 for the sim card, and no switch fee…

Changed from Verizon at $ 120+ to Metro at $ 60 out the door with unlimited everything. Have bought 3 LG phones from this location. Was in and out and set up without a hitch. Helpful and knowledgable staff. The LG Stylo… what a phone. Beautiful screen, a pen, dual screen capable, awesom camera. At $ 250 (now for $ 200) beats the Samsung Galaxy at $ 650 hands down. Don’t have to deal with the bigger brands locations, where they take your name down, and have you wait and browse for 20 minutes and upsell you on stuff you don’t need. Find out what you want online, do your own research, and get your stuff from this location.

Absolutely horrable experience!!!
Had a question regarding anew phone I had purchased the day before. The girl who helped me out the day before was awesome. Kbowledgable, Profesional and helpfull. The man who answered the phone today however was a total JERK. Yelled at me hung up on me twice and was an absolute asshole.
I had just purchased a phone the day before and was disconnected for non payment the very next day.
When I called in to ask about it, the guy on the phone said I still owed 5 dollars. I questioned this being that I just purchased the phone the day before, and it was working all day how could it be shut off the next day.
The man on the phone was not Profesional at all, didn’t want to listen to my problem and was downright rude. Told me to call back when i wanted to listen and then hung up on me, i xalled back immediatly and was hung up on again, Needless to say I will be porting this number over to Verizon this afternoon, and will nolonger do buisness w metro pcs and will spend the rest of my days telling everyone I know, whenever the subject comes up just how poor the service is w metro pcs .
