Great customer service. Ordered via phone and pizza was ready for pick up within 15 minutes!

I went in last Friday and had a great experience. The person working, Shane, had great customer service skills and was friendly and attentive to everyone that came in even though it was very busy. He made the pizzas quickly and did a great job. I will return to this location thanks to his great customer service.

The most I have never pied for such rude service
I understand that this is good for pick up and run pizzas however today convinced me to never return to this branch. The staff could not be bothered with the customers and when they could pull themselves away from their conversation all customers were bothering them. I expect an easy dinner with polite help. I have to bake it myself I guess I might as well go to a grocery store, at least they smile.

Unlike the PM in Auburn who are fast, professional and get your pizza order right plus give a little more ingredient evenly spread across the pizza, Rocklin needs some tuning up.
The staff was girl teen party gone wild, I’m not sure what was going on but something was up and one girl burned herself. I’ve come in several times and it’s been up and down.
Regardless the pizza is delicious, especially the artichoke, chicken, bacon and although I’ve heard your not supposed to it — the raw cookie dough is yum.
I will keep coming to this location and I’m hoping for some improvements.

Love take n bakes. Called in an order for a gourmet veggie with addition of garlic & olives. Got charged for extras which were not on the pizza. Still tasty but going back to la fornaretta in Newcastle.

A) they completely forgot one pizza we ordered
B) When cooking both pizzas, they ended up burned at the edge and raw in the middle
We’ve cooked other pizzas in the oven and they came out fine. We actually tossed the pizzas we ordered and just ordered Round Table instead.

Oh boy, it’s been a while and this place took a 180 on me… I gotta young thing answering my phone order who couldn’t really answer my question on the coupons so I just ordered… when picking up the pizza it was the wrong size but luckily we got the family size for the large price.
But even with a deal the half combo/​half veggie just wasn’t very good. It looked good but the red sauce had way too much oregano flavor and the white sauce was bland. Also, not very much cheese.
I won’t be going back to them for a long time. I’d rather pay twice the amount for a pizza that is really good.

Ehhh, this place is good for take and bake pizza. Pizza wasn’t amazing or anything it was just average. But the the price is good, $ 14 for a HUGE pizza.
There seemed to be a lot of staff in the place with nothing to do and most seemed young and like they were goofing off instead of working. Don’t get me wrong I’m all for fun and goofing off but not when it comes to my food. I came in and was greeted with a nice, but snarky greeting, placed my order and then went next door to get some coffee. I came back just a couple minutes later and was greeted again by the same guy who apparently forget he just saw me two minutes ago. When picking up my pizza one worker said I’d charge extra for that… not sure what that comment meant and then the guy handing me the pizza nearly dropped it on the ground. Staff could stand to be more professional even for a take n bake pizza place.
Overall, clean place, average pizza, great price.
