Starbucks

I only like this place because it’s the closest to my son’s daycare and in a convenient area next to my bank, Safeway, CVS and other everyday businesses. It has a nice workplace and the WiFi is fairly good. There are a few employees who are by far very rude and unfriendly. I always sometimes feel judged ebcause of my dark skin. Perhaps I’m not worthy of entering their location. But who cares. There’s a time when they incorrectly wrote my name on the cup and for a while I was waiting for my drink because I didn’t know «Rita» was my drink. Some days are good and some days are bad. If you are tolerant of foolery and mishaps. You’re good to go.

Normal friendly service when ordering and received my drink very quickly. It all went downhill when they were refilling the vanilla powder, as it was out, and dropped the cap on the floor. The employee proceeded to put the cap that dropped on the floor back on the container and hand it to me. I asked her «didn’t that just drop on the floor?» She said yes and turned around. That’s when I walked out.

I went to go get my morning coffee and the whole staff (except the girl talking my order) was trying to talk over me as I attempted to order my drink. As I waited for my drink they continue yelling, «why can we just close the doors and tell everyone we are close?!» They talked bad about the customer who had gotten his drink and realized it was wrong so he nicely asked them to remake it and one of the girls rolled her eyes and said sure might as well just throw that one away. The girl didn’t call my name just set my drink on the counter so I nicely said is this one for Casey, she said I don’t know what’s the name say, needless to say I will not return to this locating.

Very warm people working here, like a small vacation. i recommend anyone traveling throw Rocklin to check out this coffee shop.

Not sure what customer service planet these people come from, but after they make the completely wrong drink, they proceed to offer the drink to the guy behind me. No «sorry», no «would you like this drink for free», nothing. Everyone that knows me, knows I am a Starbucks guy, but pretty big miss here. After I brought it to their attention, they ended up remaking the wrong drink and bringing it out to me??? Just say you’re sorry and leave it at that. If you want to give me something, ask me what I would like, or just credit it back to my acct.

I work up here from time to time & used to love stopping in here! The culture of the store has always been super upbeat & friendly. Until yesterday. When I ordered my Americano with breve she charged me extra. I was surprised & mentioned that usually my drink wad x price (at this & other stores) & asked why was this more? She said «were cracking down ’ in an Im charging you & there’s nothing you can do tone. Not very customer oriented to say there least! (if you have to charge more you can still be friendly about it!) no one’s else there chimed in so I paid it. Maybe she was having a bad day, Im not sure, but it was not a pleasant experience. I’ve never seen this person before & maybe she’s new. BUT it’s up to the store to make sure the person on register is friendly to the customers!
A few hours later I ran into a friend & asked about the policy of charging for cream. Starbucks standard rules states you charge only if its more than 4 ounces! Not happy that this rude employee purposefully charged me more for who knows why & was rude too. Awful customer service.

It will have to do if there isn’t a Dutch Bros around. But I must say the refreshers are good.

My parents live in Rocklin so every time I come to visit them I walk here to have a cup of coffee and just relax. Just like any other Starbucks the quality is the same and the people are always friendly.

The baristas are always fast and friendly. The bathroom is clean too. Otherwise just another typical Starbucks. Made my Venti Iced coffee just like I like it.

My son goes to daycare right around the corner — so after I drop him off in the mornings, I am sometimes looking for a place to do some work. I came across this place — which wasn’t hard because I found it in my Starbucks app!
Anyway, I’ve obviously had several coffees here, etc. One thing I am a bit disappointed on is that this Starbucks (as well as the other Bux in the Sacramento area) are following the Bay Area’s lead and starting to implement La Boulange as opposed to the bakery food I used to love so much. I am NOT into the new stuff — there options are extremely limited in comparison. That said, I don’t hold it against this place — that is more of a corporate issue.
The one thing I love about this location is the space… there is a ton of it. and a lot of tables and chairs to work from as well as a TON of seating to relax. Highly recommended over most Starbucks.
On another note — the service seems to be very nice and the drinks are as good as ever.

Worst Starbucks ever! Bad customer service, terrible drive thru attitude. Batista argued with me about everything. Horrible. Never coming here again!

It was crazy hot today and I was craving something cool and refreshing. So I decided to try the new Very Berry Hibiscus and Cool Lime refreshers. Both drinks are made from green coffee extract and are low in calorie. The drinks are refreshing and a great pick me up on hot day. What I liked most about this drink is that it is lightly sweeten with lots of flavor. I’ve found my favorite summer drink
In addition the staff here is very friendly and helpful. Popular meeting spot.

The service at this one is always really good.
My problem is that the brewed coffee is just never, ever hot enough. I don’t understand why other than maybe a malfunction with the machine? I just have to have hotter coffee than that and go to another store…

Stop over on the way to Squaw Valley. Great staff, good service.

Quiet location on the way up to Reno/​Tahoe — the service was great and quick, and there was no line when we arrived on a Friday afternoon.
I’m not a coffee fan so I opted for some hot cocoa — the peppermint hot chocolate (seasonal) was delicious!
I also highly recommend pairing the cocoa with the red velvet cake pop — sugary goodness!

So glad to have a Starbucks with a drive thru so close to our home.

Great location on my way to work. Always get a great cup of morning coffee here from many bright, cheerful faces. :) Ample space inside to grab a table and grade papers.

Cool big Starbucks with lots of seating. Easy access.

Venti black tea lemonade sweetened, unless its raining — then its a Venti hot chocolate w/​whip :~) Their sandwiches & fruit trays are yummy, too.

Great place to go for study group sessions! They have wi-​fi and great tables. It doesn’t get too noisy and it’s always clean. Staff is very friendly!
