Pretty taste… liked the customer service. Food was well balanced with portion on the good side of the spectrum. Would probably eat at this place… not the #1 place in my personal opinion but overall in the top 5 places in the rocklin/roseville area. Come inside and check it out yourself.

This is my go to place on cold winter nights or if I’m not feeing well. Their phở is out of this world and warms your soul! Their meat is always fresh and never fatty. The service is always fast and friendly.

Really great food! The Phở is fantastic, great depth of flavor and tons of noodles! We also ordered plate E-55, chicken and spring roll with vermilion. It was super tasty and the noodles were delicious. It comes with peanuts on top but you can ask for them without if you are allergic like me. The restaurant is really clean and i look forward to returning.

Three stars for very underwhelming food and adequate service. Not so bad where it warrants two stars but I have no interest in returning. We really, really wanted some phở and had debated going here for about a year. Finally making it, we were encouraged to get their store special phở. Also, the waiter certainly didn’t tell us that their extra large is a gallon of phở. I’m not exaggerating. Way too much and just wasteful. When I asked for a to-go container for my 7/8’s of a gallon, he gave me a tiny Styrofoam cup. That back-and-forth game continued a few times. Anyway, I’ve had worse. Thanks.

Stopped in while in the shopping center. Got the rate beef noodle soup. It was pretty good. Fast service and basic service. Smaller portions of basil and sprouts but tasty. Would try again

They have the secret menu side dish«nuoc beo hanh tran“which the other phở places in the area didn’t because«this area doesn’t have much Asians so we don’t serve it. We toss it away. Most of our customers are non-Asians». It is basically just a small bowl of fatty broth from the Phở’s topping with green onions :) it’s like Spread, pickles or animal style fries from in n out.

Came here with my family after a trip to Bass Pro Shop, was hungry from all that walking. They had a pretty big menu and we came in around 3 so it was pretty quiet. The service was excellent and the food was great. I had a rice plate but my mother and uncle both had the Phở. They said it was delicious. There are too many things that I wanted to try but I’ll have to save them for next time. The shrimp rolls were soo good! The staff here were the right amount of attentive, while they didn’t hover, they were always there when we had questions about the menu and the food came out very quickly. Will defiantly be back when I’m in the area!

Located next door to Shave Monster and across the street from Phở Hot, Phở Saigon is a good choice for Vietnamese food. Phở Saigon is priced moderately being a few bucks cheaper than Phở Hot. The interior is typical bare bones no frills Phở house but the food is tasty. We ordered a small beef phở, pork chop/egg over rice plate and a side of spring rolls. The food was fresh and tasty. My ice coffee was too weak and the spring rolls were so small they looked like lumpia but everything else was good. If your craving Vietnamese and don’t feel like driving out of the area this spot will do.

The chow mein is way too sweet for authentic Vietnamese food. Bun bo hue is not bad. Beef stew ho fan with tough meat. Anyway what did I expect in a suburb. True Vietnamese restaurant should really be in sac area

My coworker and I have been trying to find a good phô restaurant for lunch. The search is over. This place had a special which was a spicy lemongrass beef noodle soup. The waiter informed us that it was still made with the bone broth. We both decided to order it and we were not disappointed! It was just the amount of spice for me(I’m a wuss) and it had plenty of additions for my coworker to make it spicier. We will definitely be returning for more phô as well as other things!

The«Phở Tai»(beef noodle soup with eye round steak) is my regular choice when I order from here. The sandwiches, fried shrimp rolls and the smoothies are all tasty as well, but the soups are the best choice. You can eat the soups inside, or you can pick it up, take it home and make it yourself. It’s not complex, just boil the broth and add the goodness. The sizes for the soups come in small, medium, large, or x-large.

Have not been here over 4 years since I live far away! I had the Fish noodle soup special today and the broth was ok! Not as good as what it used to be! Their spring rolls with bbq pork still the same taste with peanut sauce still pretty good! I still love their papaya smoothie!

This is my first experience with Vietnamese cuisine. Ordered the shrimp and crab egg rolls and those were fantastic. I also ordered the tofu with lemongrass vercimelli(Bun) and I was also a fan of that dish. I came in on a quiet night so service was fast. Warning… do not go in on your lunch break. The place can get busy and you’ll find yourself spending your entire lunch break waiting for your food. Just order ahead to take out and you’ll be fine, but bear in mind you get much more food when you dine in compared to out since they can’t fit as much food in their take out containers.

Super yummy phở-magic! I love a small family owned spot and this meets my needs. It’s very close to my house and offers a good meal for a good price. I prefer the c23, add wontons.

Came here with the nieces and some friends for lunch last Friday. Ordered the typical Vietnamese dishes and soup. I had the Bön bo hue, ordered my nieces their house special phở, My friend had the grilled pork vermicelli bowl. Everything was good and food came out fast.

I’m a new transplant to Placer County and this place is nearby so I’ve been there twice now. Not to beat a dead horse but other reviewers are right about their phở broth– it is very bland IMO and nothing can seem to bring out the flavor right. If you’re dying for phở I would recommend somewhere else. I do not order the phở here and I am a phở fanatic. Now for the good, their Vietnamese sandwiches are awesome. The bread is fresh and toasted just right and the ingredients are fresh. This is my go to spot for Vietnamese sandwiches outside of Little Saigon. There is also plenty of parking and the lot never gets busy or crowded since it is a relatively new shopping center without a major anchor store. The restrooms are also clean and the service is prompt.

This was our first visit and the customer service was up to par. We(my kids and I) were the first customer of the day. They had the usual selections as most phở places do and some Vegetarian dishes, including a phở dish made with veggie broth, with no veggies but slices of onions. The Kids had the phở noodle soup with the beef meat balls. From what i could tell they gobbled up the noodles and enjoyed the broth. I had the Vegetarian Phở noodle soup with veggie broth and I have to say for just the broth portion, in my experience by far, I like the veggie phở here more than anywhere else that offers any veggie soup based phở. We also had the Vegetarian fresh springrolls with peanut sauce, which was tasty but better if dipped in the sauce. Overall we enjoyed the experience. The service was friendly and quick. The food was good, filled our belly with phở and thai teas. We will definitely be back again.

It seems like everyone is having an issue with a lack of flavor in the phở. I thought it was a good broth, not too salty which isn’t necessarily bad. But it was quite lacking in meat. It’s mostly noodles and broth. It’s not bad at all but I definitely wish it had more protein. As far as their main entrees go, DELICIOUS! We order the F81(it’s seasoned rice, veggies, and grilled steak… Freakin AMAZING! the rice flavors they use are so delicious and unique. The meat is cooked and seasoned well. Simply good food. Add a cooked egg on top and its a perfect meal ;) UPDATE: See photos ;)

I was in serious need of Phở and since I hadn’t been to Phở Saigon this is where my car drove me. They were quite packed but we were seated and orders taken very quickly. Went with Phở Tai Nam Gau(round eye, flank and brisket). The broth was nice with cinnamon and star anise but the meat was pretty bland. The serving size was generous for $ 6.25 and that is the small.
