The location is convenient but the customer service leaves much to be desired. The attendants should be trained to be more attentive to customers rather than showing indifference. Please look into improving this

Granite Bay, CA
This is the most convenient, friendly donation drop off site that I have visited in the area. The staff always has a helpful attitude unlike some other donation sites. It is easy to drive in and unload right from your car.

This is our 2nd year participating in the ReUseIt Clothing Drive. We are once again very happy and grateful to be given the opportunity to raise money for our non-​profit. We especially like that we receive 10 cents per lb on all donations brought in on our behalf AND that Big Brothers/​Sisters receives all the donations. Please support ReUseIt whenever you have donations. Can’t wait to share this year’s results
If you have any donations to make please drop them off by MAY 31 at the ReUseIt location in Rocklin — right off Hwy 80 and across from Arby’s. Mention RRUFF!
