this place sucks. They don’t have very much product and what they do have isn’t even quality. I went in asking for specific product that he said he had but was out of. I came back multiple times cause kept telling me he was ordering it. I don’t think he thought I was ever coming back cause no one else does. Basically the dude waisted my time money and gas

I’ve frequented several smoke shops in the Sacramento area (there are quite a bit!) and decided to stop by Romeo’s Smoke Shaq since I was in the area at the time. While perusing for a short time, I was asked if I needed any help by who I later discovered was the owner, Scott. Really cool down to earth gent.
Great selection and the owner is very knowledgeable in everything he offers. Resistance, airflow and sub ohm oh my! He recommended me a good vape to start out with and showed me some of the more popular juices. All within my budget.
I’ll be back due to the superior customer service I received. If you’re in the area and this is your thing, definitely drop by and check this smoke shop out.

I Had no idea what type of cigars to buy the boyfriend… He was more than happy to help me pick a few and my total was ALOT less than I had expected!
One happy boyfriend with his new cigars!

Can I rate less than one star? Avoid this place like the plaque. They sell an inferior product and don’t back it up. They will lie to you about their store policies. If you like throwing away money and being disrespected for the trouble of doing so, this is the place for you.

Romeo’s is one of the best shops. I stop by there whenever my wife needs smokes and always have a great conversation with the owner. Very approachable and will order something if it’s not there. Romeo rocks.
