Round Table Pizza

Different location, same ineptitude when ordering online.
Went online and looked at specials, placed an order. Told my carry out order would be ready in roughly 25 minutes. Got there a few minutes early so I could pay, get some ranch etc. Now I take a seat and watch the TV. 10 minutes after the time my order is supposed to be ready I’m told there’s a glitch in their online system and the pizza I ordered isn’t served at this location, «would you like this variant instead?»
…
So if I do want the alternative, how long will it take?

My dog Thor won a free pizza at Rocklin’s «Woofstock». So he’s buying me pizza today at Round Table. The problem is we set out several hours ago because Thor insists on driving so we stopped at every pet store and tried to run down every cat and squirrel that we saw. We finally got here several hours later and the food is great so Thor gives it two paws up. He just wishes they had Milk Bone dog biscuits as a topping!

Good fast food pizza. I feel this location is better than the one on Sunset (but maybe that’s why they’re buying out the old Blockbuster building and moving after a couple decades over there.) It’s a bit greasy but what pizza isn’t? A little pricey but tastes better than their cheaper competitors. I like that this one has a drive through and you can order and pay online ahead of time.

Good pizza, decent service. Drive through is awesome.

This place has the worst phone manners EVER!!! Rude employee when I asked to speak to manager or anyone else but him he refused– buyer beware

Delivery is on time, hot and fresh breadsticks. Second time ordering from here and it’s better then the other pizza places around me. The night shift people are hella cool at the drive thru. It could be a bit pricy but it depends what you get. Happy hour, and the pepperoni is always good. Combination is pretty decent too.

Where to begin. I ordered online for carry out. I was given a 20 minute window of time for pickup. I show up around 12 mins into that window to a completely EMPTY place with 3 employees working. I told them I had a carry out order and was told «it’ll take me about ten minutes to make that.» Ok fine… I can wait a few minutes, no problem honestly. I waited another 20 mins for my pizza. I also requested marinara, ranch and polynesian sauce which isn’t usually an issue. After watching the guy scoop pizza sauce into a tiny cup and hand it to me straight faced I left. Walked outside and remembered I also ordered a two liter. So I go back in and they gave it to me no problem. Get all the way home and realize the pizza was missing the balsalmic glaze.. The whole reason I ordered that pizza in particular. Seriously? Empty place and the employees can’t read a sheet of paper to get my food right? When I pay $ 30 just for a pizza… it should at least be what I paid for. Uhg.

Ate here today and the pizza is great. Better than most Round Table places.

Nice pizza but certainly not worth the price. Very bad customer service. I ordered a medium size pizza and it took 45 minutes before it is served. Ridiculous

Just ate the worst pizza ever. The dough was NOT cooked and still raw. When I ordered the pizza I asked them to please make sure it was cooked thoroughly and that the dough was not raw. This this the THIRD time I’ve ordered pizza and the dough hasn’t been completely cooked. I had to throw most of the pizza in the garbage.

Round Table is a rock in the pizza community. It doesn’t offer fancy specials or trendy micro brews but it is ALWAYS consistently great pizza. When you decide to go to Round Table you know exactly what you are going to get every time.
All of the RTs I’ve patronized have had a comfortable, dimly lit atmosphere with the smokey, delicious smell of baked oil and meat in the air. They always have a well stocked salad bar, game room and decent beer selection… entertainment for everyone in the family!
I love pizza! Rt’s crust is always browned, flaky and consistent with just the right amount of oil from the cheese and meat soaked into it. I don’t know what blend of cheese they use, but if I did I would be using that for my own homemade pizzas. The toppings are consistently fresh and well proportioned; it seems like never too much or to few. My favorite pizza there is the pepperoni and olive with thick crust… As every proper pizza parlor should, they have Mountain Dew on tap. What better than to compliment your greasy pie than this toxic, sugary highly caffeinated beverage? Well, except of course 7 dollar pitchers of beer. Maybe its because I grew up on this pizza that I’m bias, but I love RT!

I cannot tell you how pleasantly surprised I was at how much I enjoyed the pizza here! I expected it to be kind of boring, but I got the Gourmet Veggie which was full of great veggies and had a white sauce. The crust was thin, service was fast & friendly and I was fully satiated from a personal sized pizza! At less than $ 7, it was also extremely reasonable! I would def come here again. I understand they have some sort of a lunch buffet? I think I’ll be looking to check that out in the near future.

This Round Table is in a former bank and has room for big parties like birthdays or sports gatherings. Unfortunately, when we went on a Saturday night there were like 5 parties of 10+ kids, and the place was a disaster. Food and stuff on the floor, lots of noisy kids running about, and the salad bar looked like a tornado just came thru. Chuck E Cheese isn’t this crazy.
Probably a one-​time thing, but I’ve only been there the one time. It will make me hesitate the next time I think about going there.
