UPDATE: Victor called my husband to tell him he is upset with my review. I think he was trying to convince him to convince me to revoke my statements. Sorry but every word I said is 100% true. Maybe next time you could have given me a heads up and said «hey Emma we will be charging you hundreds of dollars in cleaning fees any way so don’t waste your time dragging your three kids here for a week and go unpack and clean the home you just moved into instead of wasting your time here.» I really regret not taking pictures before I handed you the keys! Seriously people take pictures before and after!!! AB Property management is shady and will take you for every dollar because they can, even when it’s NOT justified!
Update in regards to Lisa’s post– Lisa your post is proof that living at this apartment complex is drama. Also please know that Lisa is the neighbor that told me that she won the contest for reduced rent. Take a minute to see that all of the positive reviews including Lisa’s original post were posted within one month of eachother during march of 2013. So nice try!!! Also I never said the apartment was trashed. Yes to the naked eye at first glance it looked clean. But Lisa you did not wipe down the counters or cabinets in that apartment. I did and they were VERY dirty when we moved in! Try actually reading my review in-​depth and then maybe your opinion would be valuable. I never said anything negative about victor as a person or the appearance of the complex. I even stated that I had a good experience here previously, so how exactly was my review so terrible?! And you are right Lisa I went to high school with both Jamie and Victor, I thought we were friends but clearly friendship means nothing to them since they were willing to approve a bogus $ 220 bill to his mothers business on my dime for absolutely no reason!

If I could give it negative stars I would. The female manager is a joke. She’s nice to your face but comes across as trying to talk down to you. Her explanations make no sense and when questioned she back pedals and mumbles out another empty response. Talking to current residents, they don’t like her. She’s nice to your face but has been heard talking badly about the residents. Many want to move out but are subject to contract and penalty fees. I guess that’s why the manager feels she can treat people like crap. There is a male attendee, perhaps the other manager who is somewhat quiet but very polite. I however will never come back to this place just because of the female manager. I don’t trust her, don’t feel comfortable dealing with her nor would I give her the opportunity to talk behind my back. She’s the perfect example of what is NOT professional conduct in customer service. But then again, perhaps if I was white and pulled up in a clean car instead of my beat down Chevy Malibu maybe she would have treated me differently.
