Lived here for two years. They keep the grounds nicely maintained and presentable at all times. Always on top of service orders like needing to fix a washer, ac filter, etc. Parking was never an issue for us. Neighbors kept to themselves and the noise level was very minimal. The rate was good for a one bedroom but that may change because as we moved they updated the interiors. Still I would rent here if we didn’t purchase a home.
Lastly, the location is ideal. Next door to Bel Air, gas and any shopping you must fulfill. 5 minute drive to Roseville Galleria but still within a suburban area with the quietness.

I lived here for 2 years and really enjoyed my stay. The grounds are well maintained, the apartments are very modern and clean, feels brand new. The leasing staff was very pleasant along with the maintenance staff. I would definitely recommend Broadstone at Stanford Ranch. Very quit community, close to grocery store and Galleria Mall.

My roommates and I just moved to Broadstone, and I have to say, so far it’s been a great choice! We got a 3 bedroom 2 bath for a reasonable price, and Sally helped us to do all the paperwork and move in last minute, in under 24 hours. Our apartment features brand new stainless steel appliances, ceiling fans in every room, lots of sunlight, and is overall a very comfortable place. The amenities are very nicely maintained (though the spa could use some chlorine), and the gym especially, is a very nice setup.
So far i’ve met Sally, Susan and Sonya in the office, and I couldn’t be more happy with them, and the service we’ve received.

I walked-​in to this property sharing what I was looking for as well as the best rental rates already quotes from other offices. The leasing agent shared she could not quote me any rates until she «entered me in the system». This consisted of ID card, phone number, requested move-​in date etc. only to learn the only availability that had was $ 100 more than what I shared upon walking in. What a waste of time for me AND the leasing agent. I was adamant I didn’t want my info given out or shared and will be in contact if I learned it has.
Please learn from my mistake; if a rental office shares they need to «enter you in the system» prior to sharing their rates, just walk out.

I’ve lived here for over 5 years, once in a 1-​bedroom downstairs and now in a 2-​bedroom upstairs. Everything is well maintained I’ve found the staff (Sonya, Sally, David, Ed) to be very kind, attentive and courteous. I’ve been here since FPI management owned the place and it’s been better since Woodmont took over.
I managed to kill my washing machine and they sent someone to fix it the next morning. I think this is pretty much as good as it gets in Rocklin.

I haven’t lived here but inquired to live and spoke with Susan. I walked in the management center and saw the manager with her door open, she didn’t even look at me. Her assistant addressed me and attempted to answer my questions. She was very unfriendly and seemed to see me as a bother. Rude yes, I called her on it in a respectful way and she didn’t even say a word. I walked out and wont be back.

I will say that this place is nice but, the staff is very rude and they do NOT help if you have an issue at the complex. I live here currently and will probably move just because of the staff, the manager especially.
