Emerald Pointe Apartments

Pretty and expensive!

We are very happy here. Nice sized two bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment (considered to be two masters), washer and dryer included as well as built in microwave. The property is very well kept, beautiful pool and spa, plus tennis court and small playground area. Clubhouse area can be used by tenants and even has a pool table inside (especially fun for teenagers) along with workout room and business center that I often see kids doing homework in.
Management has always been awesome! This is the second time we’ve lived here; they are so friendly and easy to work with. Ample parking, assigned and open.
For safety and security reasons, the ‘public areas’ (workout room, pool, etc) are only open limited hours (not too early or late) and are often closed on holidays– that’s the one thing I don’t really like, but since I seldom use those areas anyway, it doesn’t impact me much
I would definitely recommend this complex!
