BJ’s Heating and Air

My family & I moved into the area about a year ago and the house we purchased lost it’s AC in the 2^nd month. We called BJ’s and they were quick to respond to our crisis. The technician reviewed all options with us and answered all my questions thoroughly. I didn’t feel like they were trying to press any of the options and after talking with a couple other local companies we chose their services. This was an easy decision as BJ’s didn’t press us for the sale and went into great detail about my AC/​Heating system.
I have had the new outside unit for 9 mos. now and the system is working great. I ran into the owner at a local function and let him know how great his technician was and how professional this job was done. HIs name is Sylvester and he was as nice as can be. He thanked me for my business and gave me his card with his contact number on it!!! He let me know if we needed anything at all just to call and ask. Excellent customer service from this company!
I will plan to utilize this company again when it’s time to replace the heating system. Excellent customer service, answered all of my questions without hesitation, and explained all of my options at a competitive price. Love it!
