Well, I went back in on 3⁄21 and attempted to work with David, the owner, on the overcharging of the cushion. When I asked David what could be done to resolve the situation he became extremely agitated and began yelling at me about my Unilocal review and said if I would«quit crying about everything on Unilocal”– these were his exact words– maybe he would do something. He said if I would erase my experience posted about his business he MIGHT do something about the situation, but would not commit to do anything right then. He was so belligerent and agitated at that point I chose to leave his business instead of standing there and continue to get berated in hopes of a price adjustment on this cushion. I was really stunned how bad he treated me. Words cannot convey how dissatisfied with the way I have been treated by this business owner. And as I read some of the other reviews I now realize he has done the same thing to some others.

Well I was shopping for canvas work in Rockport where my boat is housed, but after reading the company’s response to a bad review, I was astonished to see that the company/manager posted a customer’s personal contact information. And then encouraged people to contact him! No, sorry Canvas USA. Juan had a bad experience and he has the right to post that bad experience here(without retribution from the company!) That’s bad business ethics and I’ll take my money and my business elsewhere!
