We decided last minute to spend an overnight in Rockport, Ma and we were lucky enough to find«Changing Tides». It was close to town, very comfortable with extremely helpful and friendly innkeepers! We stayed in the«Captain’s Quarters» room, which was very comfortable. When we returned to our room in late afternoon we found fresh baked cookies which Stephanie(the Innkeeper) baked and left, as an added treat. Stephanie’s breakfast in the morning was amazing.

If this bed and breakfast had cheeks, I would pinch ‘em. So stinkin’ cute. From the nautical interior décor and walkability to Rockport shops to the beautiful breakfast and enormous tea collection, Changing Tides Bed and Breakfast melted my heart. Stephanie, the Innkeeper, created an atmosphere that was both relaxing and inviting. I appreciated the simple touches of mouthwash and bath products, international music playing in the entryway and pack patio filled with swinging hammock chairs and lush landscaping beds. The star of our experience had to be the breakfast(included and prepared by Stephanie herself) — homemade granola, yogurt, fresh fruit, tomato basil eggs, croissants and sausage. What better way to kick the day off in this charming New England town? Note: You can take the train from Boston to Rockport for only $ 10 one way. Note: I booked this room on Airbnb.
