Therapists are very knowledgable and friendly, best team ever. They helped my mother improve her get around and become independent in just 2,3 weeks.
Doctors and admins are so friendly and helpful. They take good care of her controlling the pain, monitor her health frequently, and respond to her needs according.
However, some nurses and assistants are rude and lazy. «SOME, not all.» Once she spilled on her bed and they let her sit on the side waiting for 45 mins before they clean up. On that same day, She was told breakfast comes at 6 but they didn’t bring it in until 9am. That is horrible!

Completely short staffed when it comes to nurses and assistants. You call for a nurse to help you to the bedside commode and they don’t come for 45 minutes. Do you really think that’s acceptable? Especially after they’ve given you a suppository? When it’s time for your pain pill, they don’t come and give it to you on time when you need and ask for it, and as a result, you can’t do your occupational therapy that was scheduled because you are in too much pain. What in the world? There have been 2 exceptions of staff that go above and beyond. The rest do not take pride in their work and job. Really unfortunate. It’s no wonder the patient satisfaction reviews for SGAH have been so low.
