They are able to complete basic services, including MRIs. Their imaging machine is a 1.5 Tesla by GE. Not the oldest, but should at least google it, and closed is prefered for accuracy. Was suprised that no more gowns. It saves time? I was concerned about metal snaps in shirt collar, the Tech said not to worry. Your best for a timely appt is earlier in the day, would a avoid evening and weekend time slots. Does have those hours available. Maybe housekeeping was the day off. Kleenex on floor, wastebasket overflowing in two places. Also, no uniforms or nametags for personnel. In past I have been offered to have, films to sent with me for my Dr, or burn MRIs to disk. Friendly but average considering the cost of service provided.

I had a great experience here. I have been to other CRA’s in Maryland and this is one of the better ones. Few people in the waiting room and super friendly staff. The parking is a bit hit or miss but so far so good.

Worst experience ever. Was scheduled for an MRI on a Saturday morning. Appt at 8:45am, was told to be there by 8:15am, which i was. Receptionist was friendly, which was the only positive thing that happened. Wasn’t taken to the back for the MRI until about 9:10am. After i changed into their gown, the technician (the guy who was going to do the MRI) spent another 10 – 15 minutes fumbling around to get things set up. Then the worst part — he couldn’t get the needle in properly for the IV in either arm! He brought the doctor in, who said he couldn’t do it. They said the tech doesn’t normally do the needle, that nurses do it, but they aren’t there on the weekend. I ended up leaving without the MRI. Why would they schedule an MRI with contrast on a day that they won’t have anyone who can correctly insert the needle???
