The staff is the biggest joke I have ever encountered.
FIRST They provided me with the wrong appointment time. Told me 2 pm and when I arrived said it wasn’t until 2:45.
SECOND I sat and waited until my 2:45 time because I didn’t want to reschedule, but I didn’t get seen until 3:30. What is the point of making an appointment when you don’t even get seen for 45 minutes?
THIRD the nurse was rude to me and got mad at me for not bringing in my contact lenses when I was never told to bring them in.
And LAST the front desk girl is rude as well. Has a bad attitude that needs to leave her personal issues at home.
And then I got an email 2 days late saying I missed my appointment? What the heck are they running over there? I will NOT be coming back to that office and I do not recommend this place to anyone. It’s a real shame because Dr. Yeh is actually a good and thorough doctor.
