Bldg. constantly using noisy equipment and jackhammers for the last year and say it will not be over until late 2016! Construction workers hang out with dump trucks without any regard for other residents and causing dangerous situations at intersections. Dirt everywhere. An eyesore and an ear-​sore! Management not receptive. It would be a big mistake to move here. This community used to be peaceful – no more…

Lately, the construction workers have reached the North side of the building. It is so loud it upsets the pets here and people with infants go to the lower levels to escape the noise. A source that used to work in the building said that the construction is completely unnecessary as well.
In fairness, the staff are very hard working and I appreciate them very much. They open doors, clean quickly and stock items, retrieve mail etc. Keep up the good work! It’s a great place to live because of them– the front desk and maintenance workers, it’s just my main warning here is the absurd construction.
While it may not be entirely uninhabitable, but there is no quiet enjoyment of the apartments. A few apartments are probably available now however.

My last review was somehow deleted by Unilocal or the condo… what does that say?
–Don’t live/​buy condo on the upper floors, as rain will storm into your condo during any major storm. Ask any residents on the top floors and they will tell you. On many occasions during storms, I have witness tenants crying because of the flow/​flood of water coming into their homes because of a storm, and there was nothing that they could do. If you decide to buy/​rent on the upper floors, please have a good home owners insurance policy/​renters insurance.
–Saunas do not work in either locker room. Even after being on for 40 minutes, the room does not get hot. IT would be such a plus to have these saunas work, especially with the high condo fees of $ 650 +… After notifying the front desk on numerous occasions 4 months ago, nothing has been done.
–IF you decide to rent or buy here, do not live on the side of the condo facing the train, as the noise is extremely loud and obnoxious; there is no escaping the train noise all day, especially if working from home. The windows are extremely thin, and noise from the trains and main highway are a very big distraction. STAY away from that side of the condo.
–Parking is a mess, parking garage has been in the works for years now, and there is minimal guest parking now.
–The cleaning staff are the only staff who are friendly and keep the grounds clean.
