Grosvenor Park III Condominium

This is a really nice building with a great location and lots of amenities. On site laundry, on site gym, package receiving, hair salon, pool, rooftop deck, grocery store next door, parking etc. It’s a short walk to the metro, which is also really nice. I’ve also never seen any pests and the building is generally in good repair.
However, god help you if anything goes wrong and you need management to help. The front desk people are generally worthless at best, rude and worthless at worst (especially if you are a woman-​there is one male front desk attendant who is always less than pleasant to women… I’ve noticed this with myself, other residents, and female visitors. He seems to have no problem helping men though.) Problems are slow to be fixed. It’s also impossible to actually talk to the building manager if you keep a regular 9 – 5 schedule, as she works 9 – 3 Monday through Friday. Very frustrating if something goes wrong, even an emergency. ]
