Second time here and specifically asked about a rewards program. I was told they don’t have one. Ordered paid and as I’m waiting I see a sign for what looks like a rewards program. I asked the cashier about it. He plays dumb like he didn’t understand what I was asking. No apology. Said I can use it next time but cannot apply to this purchase. So customer service today was just bad. Had to lower my pervious five star rating.

Super clean and vibrant place with a nice selection of drink choices. I ordered one of the berry smoothies but unfortunately it was a little too watered down :(. Will give it another chance in the future seeing as there’s so many who enjoyed their drinks.

I am officially addicted to Jamba Juice! Besides delicious drinks, they offer oatmeal, breakfast wraps, bistro sandwiches and artisan flatbreads. YUM! I am obsessed with their Tropical Kick-Start and their new Chili Mango smoothie. Delish!

The staff at this location is THEBEST! Especially Philly(the manager)!!! There hasn’t been a time where I was not greeted with a smile at this place. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful, especially with customizing a drink to meet your needs. I love this location!!! This is the only location I will go to when I’m craving Jamba :) You guys are awesome! Thank you for the wonderful service you provide!!!

Smoothie heaven! I got the Kale Caribbean Breeze and it was just perfectly done. I love their service as they will explain and educate you on the different kinds of smoothies and benefits that it has on you etc.

Jamba Juice is delightful. I’m not a fan of smoothie places since most of them don’t offer really fresh options(lots of mixes, concentrates, etc.) but I tried a mango variety and it was really tasty. Not too sweet/sugary. I love the fact that they offer freshly squeezed juice(like Robeks) and other healthy snack options. I also noticed that they post their nutritional information in the store, it’s nice to know what you’re consuming so this is appreciated. Finally, they offer catering which is cool. Friendly service and clean. Note: only a few seats inside so this is a grab & go place.

The energy bowls are pretty damn good. The prices are great for the quality of ingredients. Fresh wheatgrass and ginger shots are a perfect supplement. The listed nutrients in the restaurant are perfect for health conscious individuals. Text messages with weekly deals are a plus.

The Pros: –Clean –Nice Customer Service –Lots to offer on the menu(food, juices, smoothies) –Shots can be added to drinks. Range about .25-.65 cents extra –Medium size is quite large. Worth the money(I think around $ 5.65?) –Straws work well since the smoothies are thick The Cons: –Very limited seating… One table, two chairs –Menu has a lot to offer, but can be a bit overwhelming. Especially if there is a line behind you and you are unsure of what to get –No toilet paper in the bathroom on my visit BP ordered a kale smoothie with a shot of soy. It taste like grass… I went with one of the mango peach ones. I thought the smoothie would make me feel full, but it actually made me feel hungrier. Nothing against Jamba Juice, just FYI. We had a buy one get one free coupon off of ben’s bargins( ) so we got the medium sized smoothies. I did not get to finish mine, even though it was very good. I am a bit nervous to see what my leftover smoothie will taste like today…

Hallelujah! I’m ecstatic that there is finally a legit Jamba Juice in the area! This location is super clean, the employees are friendly, and the drinks are made just the way I remember them. My favorite is the Strawberry Surf Rider, which contains strawberries, lemonade, ice, peach, and lemon-lime. It’s very refreshing and extremely addicting.

No seating — there’s a(1) bar table inside; though I think there are some(2) chairs outside sometimes. I’ve been here three times and this place is always empty. Expensive and priced just like all the other Jumba Juice locations, friendly customer service and very clean. Stop by!

There can never be too many smoothie shops! I’m so happy another one popped up within lunch distance. This was my first experience with Jamba Juice, ever, and it was pretty good. I was hungry so I opted for one of their meal deals which includes a choice of food(toasted sandwich, flatbread pizza, breakfast wrap, etc.) plus a smoothie. I got the Aloha Pineapple smoothie, and it did not disappoint. It was thick, consistently frozen, and packed with strawberry, banana, and pineapple flavor. However, I wish they used the insulated cups rather than paper. The breakfast wrap I got was seriously small for the price. It was only slightly bigger than a McDonalds breakfast burrito, if at all, and had a pricetag of about $ 3.75. I’ll definitely try something more filling next time; the picture was very misleading. My friend tried one of the wellness bowls, which looked awesome. Basically they blend fruit into greek yogurt, and top it with granola, and supposedly some sliced banana. Hers didn’t have the banana on top, and when I asked(I wanted to come back for one later), I was told they didn’t have any. I’m pretty sure I saw some banana get blended up in the yogurt, and I’m pretty sure there was banana in my smoothie, so that was a little confusing. I think the fruit on top adds a lot to these bowls, so if they come without it consistently, that would be disappointing. I guess the place is still pretty new, so maybe there are still some kinks. The toasted soft pretzels are great! I tried the apple cinnamon one, and would definitely get another. Another plus is that everyone working there is super friendly. I think about 5 people said hi to me when I walked in. The girl at the register was good at making suggestions, and didn’t seem to mind when I flip flopped on my order.

Oh Jamba how I love thee! I was beyond excited to find out that a new Jamba Juice location was opening up off Rockville Pike. Yes, there is a store at the Montgomery Mall. But that location doesn’t have the additional menu items such as the breakfast wraps, flatbreads, and sandwiches. This Jamba, which is located in Federal Plaza, does. Yay! The store was sparkling clean, bright, and the two employees working were very friendly and had bubbly personalities(a plus at 7:45am!). They have a couple tables inside and a few outside as well. There’s plenty of parking, but this Plaza gets rather busy as the day gets on, so parking could be a pain. I ordered my usual items-a regular Caribbean Passion with an apple cinnamon pretzel. My smoothie was as good as it always is. Not watered down and I could taste the mango, passion fruit, and pineapple in it. My pretzel was nicely toasted, soft, and still warm by the time I got to the office. I’m definitely looking forward to trying the other items on the menu. One worker mentioned that I should get the Belgian waffle next time since it’s her favorite item on the menu. The ran out though, which I didn’t understand because the store just opened. I guess they just didn’t restock the waffles. If you aren’t part of the Jamba Insiders Rewards program, I suggest you join! BTW-Apparently Venus Williams owns this Jamba. She plans to be there for the grand opening in August.
